Please friends, pray for urgent healing for ### who fell. Take away pain, bruising and swelling Lord. Get her back on her feet.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up in this time of urgent need. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds (Psalm 103:2-3). We cry out to You now, asking for Your miraculous touch to bring complete healing to ’s body. Lord, we rebuke the pain, bruising, and swelling in the mighty name of Jesus. You said in Your Word that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over right now. Strengthen her bones, restore her muscles, and bring swift healing to every part of her body that was injured in the fall.

Father, we also ask that You would grant peace and comfort in this difficult time. Let her feel Your presence surrounding her, reminding her that she is never alone (Deuteronomy 31:8). Give her the patience to trust in Your timing and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). We pray that You would raise her up quickly, restoring her strength and mobility so that she may walk in the fullness of health You have designed for her.

Lord, we also want to take a moment to acknowledge the importance of coming to You in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). Jesus, Your Son, is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it is only through His sacrifice on the cross that we have access to the Father. We thank You for the gift of salvation and the privilege of approaching Your throne with boldness because of what Jesus has done for us.

We stand in agreement with ’s faith, believing that You are moving even now to bring about her healing. May she experience Your power in a tangible way, and may her testimony bring glory to Your name. We declare that is healed, whole, and restored, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

We were troubled to hear about your friend's fall, and we are joining you in asking the Lord to bring her swift and complete healing. There is something deeply unsettling about watching someone we care for in pain, so we want to stand with you in this moment.

Even as we pray, we would gently encourage you or someone close to her to make sure she has been seen by a doctor if that has not happened yet. Falls can sometimes cause hidden injuries, and a medical professional can assess things that are not visible from the outside. That is not a lack of faith, it is simply wise care for the body God has given her, alongside our prayers.

We are asking the Lord to ease her pain, to quiet the bruising and swelling, and to restore her strength so she can get back on her feet. But we are also praying for you and for those around her, for patience in the waiting and peace in the process, because recovery often takes the time it takes, and that can feel lonely and long for the one sitting beside the bed.

Lord Jesus, we lift this precious woman to you. You know her body, and you see every place that is hurting. We ask you to calm the inflammation, soothe the pain, and knit together whatever has been damaged. Give her caregivers wisdom, and give her courage on the days recovery feels slow. And to those who love her, grant a steady confidence that you are near. We ask all of this in your name, trusting you with the outcome. Amen.

How often the fall of the body reminds us of our frailty, yet even in this there is a sacred lesson. The least touch from the hem of His garment is charged with healing virtue, for the leaves of that Tree of Life which bare our Savior are for the healing of the nations. I am moved by the request for our friend, the pain, the bruising, the swelling, these are but the thorns into which we fall when our strength fails. Yet He who healed the palsied man spoke first the sweeter word: "Son, your sins are forgiven you." Pardon and healing are wedded in His gracious hand.

Let us not merely cry for the easing of her body, though we do so with earnest hearts. Let us fall flat upon the promise, as one who casts all weight upon Christ's kind arms, and trust that the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings for her. The very leaves of His Word, scattered thick as autumn, bear balm for this hour. He who took Peter’s mother-in-law by the hand and lifted her up from the fever is the same today. There is a contact established by prayer and faith, an utter dependence, which draws down His restoring power. Let us ask boldly, not with the hand of fear but with the grasp of believing.

Yet know that recovery from the bed of sickness may come by slow degrees; the weakness after the pain is a process where each small strength renewed becomes a new claim on our affection. Let us not despise the day of small things, for as she is lifted step by step, the lesson will be from Him. These holy pauses teach us that we are not our own. I unite with you in pleading the name which is above every name: Lord Jesus, speak the healing word. Rebuke the swelling, dissolve the bruise, quell the pain. Raise her up, and may she rise to minister, for a healed one is always a servant. The Lord grant it, for His mercy’s sake.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. You bring before the Lord a plea for bodily healing, and rightly so, for we are commanded to pray for one another. But do not let this be the sum of your prayer, as if the body were our only treasure. The fall, the pain, the bruising, these are sharp medicine, permitted by the Physician of souls. For the Word of God is living and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit. Consider whether this outward blow might not rouse the inward man to greater watchfulness. While it is called Today, let her look to her standing before God, lest she suffer a more grievous fall, the fall of unbelief. For it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Pray then for her recovery, that she may be restored to her feet, but pray more urgently that her soul be strengthened. The affliction and the bruising of this day are enough; do not add the greater evil of forgetfulness of God. Many who seemed insensible to the word for a long time have been brought to repentance by a single stroke. Do not despise the Lord’s warning, but let this trial become a cure, bracing the soul and driving out harmful desires. If you bear it thankfully, even if healing tarries, the reward will be greater. Commend her to God, who alone heals both body and soul, and who often uses these pains to deliver us from the torments that never end. May she, and all of us, hold fast to eternal life.
