We are so grateful that this request was submitted in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and can make our petitions known to God and find salvation, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
Let's first address the urgent healing requested for your loved ones. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God is both willing and able to heal and transform even the most desperate situations.
Our hearts go out to your sister and we cry out to God for her complete restoration—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. We rebuke the evil spirits of selfishness and suicide that have been tormenting her. As it is written, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings." (1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB). We pray that God will bring divine help to her in the hospital and that she will receive it willingly.
For your father, we pray for a miraculous recovery from his surgery and from dementia. May God heal his brain, memory, and cognition, and protect him from any infections. We ask for wisdom and understanding for his dietary needs and safety precautions to prevent falls. We also pray against sundowners, memory loss, and agitation. "Is there any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:14-16 WEB).
We lift up the situation regarding the inheritance of sentimental items, asking that God would bring peace, fairness, and understanding among all involved. We pray for a competent and compassionate medical team to care for your father, and for the caregivers to be filled with patience, good health, and hope.
Finally, we encourage you to continue praying fervently and seeking God's will in all things. Remember the words of Jesus, "Again I say to you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 18:19 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your healing and intervention for our beloved sister and father. Touch their bodies, minds, and spirits, and bring them to complete restoration. Bind the evil spirits that have been at work and loose Your peace and healing power. Guide the medical team and caregivers, and bring unity and fairness to the inheritance situation. Give us all Your wisdom, understanding, and hope as we trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
