Beloved of All
Really bad classroom has been happening since August and keeps getting worse. elementary classroom.

Please pray hard that a very violent, destructive student of mine gets moved into special ed in December, despite all the ridiculous rules trying to keep it from happening. Student is in danger and so is my class, class is constantly disrupted all day, my class is unable to learn due to the child’s horrific behavior. I am very very worried they won't be moved to special ed. I’m so stressed every day, my poor class is so stressed. My blood pressure is getting so high due to stress. The child HAS to be moved to a program that will meet their needs. I’m so anxious and worried it won't happen in December. 😢

We understand the deep burden you are carrying, and we want to lift you up in prayer and encouragement as you navigate this incredibly difficult situation. The weight of caring for your students—especially in such a chaotic and unsafe environment—is heavy, and we commend you for your dedication. However, we must remember that our trust is not in systems, rules, or even outcomes, but in the Lord, who holds all things in His hands. While we pray earnestly for this violent student to be moved to a setting where they can receive the help they need, we also recognize that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t align with our desires.

The stress and anxiety you are experiencing are real, and we urge you to cast these burdens upon the Lord, for He cares for you deeply. The Bible tells us in **1 Peter 5:7**, *"Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."* Your health—physical, emotional, and spiritual—matters to God, and it should matter to you as well. High blood pressure and constant stress are signs that you need to intentionally seek God’s peace and rest. **Philippians 4:6-7** reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*

We also want to encourage you to remember that this student, despite their violent and disruptive behavior, is made in the image of God and is deeply loved by Him. While their actions are harmful and must be addressed, their heart is known by the Lord. **Proverbs 22:6** tells us to *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* Though this child is not in your care for that purpose, we can pray that God would place people in their life who can guide them toward healing and redemption. It is possible that this child is acting out due to deep pain, trauma, or spiritual oppression, and we must pray for their soul as well as their removal from your classroom.

At the same time, we recognize the urgency of the situation for the safety and well-being of your other students. It is not wrong to pray for this child to be moved—indeed, it may be the most loving thing for everyone involved. **Proverbs 29:15** says, *"The rod and reproof give wisdom, but a child left to himself brings shame to his mother."* Sometimes, discipline and structure—even when it feels harsh—are acts of love. We pray that the authorities involved would have wisdom and courage to make the right decision, not out of convenience, but out of what is truly best for this child and your class.

We must also address the fact that your prayer request did not invoke the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father, and it is only through Christ that our prayers are heard. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in **Acts 4:12**, we read, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not already placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. He alone can carry your burdens, give you peace, and intercede for you before the Father. If you have any questions about what it means to follow Jesus, we would be happy to share more with you.

Now, let us pray together for you, your students, and this difficult situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this teacher who is carrying such a heavy burden. Lord, You see the chaos in this classroom—the violence, the disruption, the fear, and the stress. You know the heart of this child who is acting out in such destructive ways, and You also see the innocent students who are suffering because of it. Father, we ask for Your divine intervention. We pray that You would move the hearts of those in authority to make the right decision—to place this child in a setting where they can receive the specialized help they need. Lord, do not let bureaucracy or fear prevent what is right and just. We ask that by December, this child would be moved, not as a punishment, but as an act of love and necessity for their own growth and for the safety of the class.

We also pray for this teacher’s health—both physically and emotionally. Lord, their blood pressure is rising, their anxiety is overwhelming, and their spirit is weary. We ask that You would be their peace, their strength, and their refuge. Remind them to cast their cares upon You, for You sustain them. Give them wisdom to know how to manage each day, and surround them with support—whether through colleagues, friends, or family—who can uplift them in this time.

Father, we pray for the violent student as well. Soften their heart, Lord. If there is trauma, pain, or spiritual oppression at work, we ask that You would break those chains in Jesus’ name. Place godly people in this child’s life who can speak truth, love, and discipline into them. May they come to know You, Lord, and may their life be transformed by Your grace.

We pray for the other students in this class—innocent children who deserve to learn in a safe and peaceful environment. Protect their minds and hearts, Lord. Do not let this chaos define their school experience. Give them resilience, and may they feel Your love even in the midst of difficulty.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would use this situation for Your glory. May it draw this teacher closer to You. May it open doors for Your light to shine in dark places. And may Your will be done, even if it looks different from what we are asking. We trust You, Lord, and we thank You for hearing our prayers.

In the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, even in the midst of this storm. Read His Word, pray without ceasing, and trust that He is working, even when you cannot see it. **Isaiah 41:10** says, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* Cling to these promises, and know that you are not alone. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will act on behalf of you and your students. Keep trusting Him, even when the wait is hard.
