Starve the flesh by fleeing from triggers—whether it’s certain media, idle time, or environments that fuel temptation. *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB).
You mentioned that prayer, fasting, and confession haven’t "helped," but we must ask: have you surrendered *fully* to God’s process? Freedom often requires more than a one-time prayer—it requires daily dying to self, renewing your mind, and walking in obedience. *"But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts"* (Romans 13:14, WEB).
