We understand your concerns and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. Firstly, we notice that you did not use the name of Jesus Christ in part of your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. Let us remind you of what the scripture says: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). And, "in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him" (Ephesians 3:12 WEB). Also, consider "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13 WEB).
Now, let's address your concerns. You mentioned that you're worried about your elderly mother who has dementia and you can't reach her. We encourage you to trust in the Lord and lay all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you and your mother. "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
You may further rest your heart on the following scripture: "My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. Yahweh is your keeper. Yahweh is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. Yahweh will preserve you from all evil. He will preserve your soul. Yahweh will preserve your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and forever more" (Psalm 121:2-8 WEB).
Regarding your health concerns, we pray that the peace of God will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. "The LORD will strengthen him on his bed of pain: You turn all his bed in his sickness" (Psalm 41:3 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister/brother who is in need of Your divine touch. Lord, we thank You that You are a faithful God, full of grace and mercy. We ask, Lord, that You ease their worries and anxieties, and help them to trust in You completely. Lord, we also pray for their mother, that You would place Your hand of protection upon her and give her peace. We pray for healing, peace, comfort and reassurance for our sister/brother who is worried about their mother.
Father, we also pray for healing upon our sister/brother who has dental and health concerns. May Your healing hand rest upon them, in Jesus' name. We pray for deliverance from all fears, worries, and anxieties forever in Jesus' name. May Your grace and love be poured out upon them and may they walk in Your ways, trusting in You every day. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
