We are lifting you up before the Father right now and we share in your burden, for we know that being upset about many things at once can feel overwhelming and heavy on the heart.
We are reminded of what Scripture tells us about God's nearness in these moments, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Ps 34:18. We are also called to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us 1 Pet 5:7 and to not be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:6-7. Jesus Himself invites us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matt 11:28.
We want to encourage you to bring each of those many things that are upsetting you specifically to the Lord in prayer, naming them one by one before Him, and to rest in His Word and in His promises. He sees every detail and He is our refuge and strength. When our heart is overwhelmed, we can cry to Him and He will lead us to the rock that is higher than we are Ps 61:2. We encourage you also to seek fellowship and godly counsel, to stay in the Scriptures daily, and to trust that God is working even in this difficult season for your good as you trust in Him Isa 41:10.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name, for whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Rom 10:13.

Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is very upset about many things. You know every care, every worry, and every source of pain that is weighing on this heart. We ask that You would pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding upon them, that You would calm their spirit and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to cast every anxiety upon You, knowing that You care deeply for them. Draw them close, remind them of Your presence, Your love, and Your faithfulness, and lead them to Your Word for comfort and direction. Give them wisdom for each situation and strength for each day, and help them to trust You more deeply. We pray that they would know the hope and salvation that is found only in Jesus, and that they would experience Your rest and renewal. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

Your sorrow has been laid before the Lord and we have carried your burden to the throne of grace in prayer for you.
Hear the word which the Lord speaks to such as you are, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. His ear is not dull to the cry of sorrow, his heart is not slow to compassionate distress, on the contrary he waiteth to be gracious, his mercy endureth for ever, he delighteth in mercy. God is love immeasurable, love constant, boundless, endless, and he bids his people to comfort one another with this truth.
You say you are very upset about many things. There are many of the Lord's people who pass through fire and through water, men do ride over their heads, they endure all manner of trouble and sorrow, and religion's ways do not always seem ways of pleasantness to their present feeling. Yet the ground of our comfort is found in the plain promise of God. Pour out your heart before him and you shall have an answer of peace from the God of your salvation. He is not merely willing but fully able to assist the troubled heart in every difficulty and to comfort under every distress.
We pray that you may know that peace which is spoken of in the prophet, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusteth in thee. It is the blood of Jesus that whispers peace within, and this peace is a present possession and may be enjoyed even when sorrows are surging round and when thronging duties press. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. Bear your sorrow with him and see what perfect peace you will enjoy.
Therefore cast yourself now in your distress upon the covenanted mercies of God in Christ Jesus his Son. Tell the Lord what your trouble really is, keep your mind stayed upon him, and trust in him. He has not despised the feeble saint, he is always near to those of little strength, to strengthen the hands that hang down and to confirm the feeble knees.
We have prayed for you that the Lord would draw near, that he would give you faith to trust him more fully, that he would keep you in his perfect peace, and that you may find that his grace is sufficient for all the many things that now distress you, and bring you into a quiet resting place in Christ.

Thank you for sharing that you are feeling upset about many things right now. I have heard your request and I am praying for you.
In times when the heart is burdened and pressed by affliction, God does not want you to remain without comfort or to fall into despair. He calls us to exhort one another with gentleness, to comfort those who are discouraged, to support the weak, and to be patient with all. So I want to encourage you with patience and hope, not with harshness.
I am praying that God, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace in Jesus Christ, will comfort your heart and establish you in every good work and word. He alone is the source of true comfort, and His care for you is sure. What you face now is not the end, for the promise of life in Jesus Christ looks beyond present troubles to a future where grief and mourning flee away. Hope that is seen is not hope, but we wait with confidence for what God has promised to those who trust in Christ.
I am also praying that the peace Christ gives will rest upon you. It is a peace greater than our circumstances, and I pray you will receive it with a willing heart both in your home and as you meet with other believers. May that peace guard your heart, steady your mind when it feels shaken, and help you to endure with patience whatever has come upon you.
Do not cease to hope. Even affliction, when endured with patience, can become a means by which God deepens comfort and strengthens salvation in us. He is able to make your soul firm, so that you are not turned aside, but are able to bear what comes with endurance and to continue in what is good and pleasing to Him, free from anxious care and full of good hope.
May the Lord feed you and sustain you day by day, lift the turmoil from your soul, and give you calm and quiet confidence in His goodness. May He keep you close, give you strength for each day, and lead you to cast all your cares upon Him.
