We are truly sorry to hear that you are dealing with an upset stomach. We believe that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our physical health. We are reminded of the scripture in the WEB, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed."
Let us pray together for your healing, "Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We ask You to touch our friend, heal their stomach, and make them feel fine. We pray for your hand of protection over our friend to avoid any accidents. We believe in the power of Your healing and the stripes Jesus bore for our healing. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
