Update to prayer request about selling house

We come before the Lord with hearts full of trust, knowing that every detail of our lives is held in His sovereign hands. Father, we lift up this situation concerning the sale of the house. You know the desires of their hearts, the needs of their family, and the plans You have for them. We ask that You move in power this weekend as potential buyers view the home. If it is Your will for this house to sell, we pray that You would open the hearts of those who see it, that they would recognize it as the place You have prepared for them. Let Your peace and favor rest upon these negotiations, and may the transaction be smooth, fair, and honoring to You.
Lord, we also ask that You would grant wisdom and patience. If this sale is not part of Your perfect timing, we pray for contentment and trust in Your provision. Help them to rest in the truth of Your Word, which reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." May they not grow weary or anxious but instead find their strength in You.
We also pray for the buyers who may come. Whether they know You or not, we ask that this home would be a place of blessing, peace, and even an opportunity for them to encounter Your love. If they do not yet know Jesus as their Savior, we pray that You would draw their hearts to Yourself through this process. Let this house be a vessel for Your glory, a place where lives are transformed by the power of the Gospel.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of delay, doubt, or discouragement that may be at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against this sale shall prosper, and we stand on Your promise in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me." We speak life, favor, and breakthrough over this home and this family in Jesus' mighty name.
Above all, Lord, we pray that Your will be done. Whether this house sells quickly or remains on the market longer, we trust that You are working all things together for their good, as Romans 8:28 assures us. Give them peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them walk in confidence that You are their Provider, their Protector, and their Guide. May this season be one of growth in faith, deeper reliance on You, and a testimony of Your faithfulness to all who witness it.
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for the sale of your house. We believe that God has a perfect plan and timing for everything, and we're confident that He's working all things out for your good. This weekend, as potential buyers come to view the home, let's ask that God would grant them a sense of peace and belonging as they step inside. Praying that they would recognize this house as the one God has prepared for them, and that the sale would be smooth and honoring to Him. We're also claiming Psalm 91:15 over this situation, "He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, and I will deliver him and honor him." Trusting that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with your prayer request about selling your home.
