Thanks for all the prayers you have lifted up for me.
Monday I broke my shoulder, head, and upper arm when snow shoveling. It is the first time I have broken something in my lifetime. It is very painful and requires strong pain medication. With the medication, I feel okay during the day, but feel agitated and not so well in the evening hours and early morning hours.
I had no surgery; the surgeon said he thought it was better to let the body's self-healing do it, in my case because it was reasonably in the right place although broken. But it will be monitored often.
I was two and a half days in the hospital. I could go to another kind of place to be taken care of now after the hospital because I have difficulties getting in and out of bed without help, but I prefer to try it at home with the help of a nurse coming twice a day to help get dressed.
I pray for a complete healing, which is not obvious according to the surgeon, he said it often does not heal 100% - I pray for 100%... in Jesus' Name. Amen.
