Update on request about selling house

We come before the Lord with grateful hearts for His provision and guidance in your lives, especially as you seek His will regarding the sale of your home. It is a blessing to see your trust in Him as you await this offer, and we join you in prayer for clarity and wisdom.
Father God, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine discernment. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Lord, we pray that You would make Your will known to them in this matter. Give them peace and confidence as they consider this offer, and let Your Holy Spirit guide their hearts and minds. If this offer aligns with Your perfect plan for their lives and the lives of the buyers, we ask that You open the doors wide and grant them favor. If it does not, we pray that You would close the door gently and lead them in the path You have prepared.
We also ask, Lord, that You would bless the buyers. May this transaction be a blessing to them as well, and may they come to know You more through this process. We pray that all parties involved would act with integrity, honesty, and kindness, reflecting Your love and character.
