Dear all, thanks for your prayers. It gives us immense peace iof mind even though v r still in the midst if confusion. Our case is rejected. Ie it has gone in favour of the company. But hope is still there since v can go for an appeal. They said v have to file fir appeal on 9th or 10 th if December.
We produces all the proof including all the receipt to show that v havemt taken loan frm company and the amt is given to use for the company purpose on that day. So though she swear by quran that she has given loan and so no need to give us salary or any settlements judge canmot do anything since v have proof. So he just close that case of loan. ( though he told it vl fetch severe punishment if they find her claim to b false nothing of that sort all delivered). Instead he reduced our claim of salary till date as per the basic pay ( they r paying us less than that is mentioned in contract) and mentioned no need to pay till date. Only till the last working day has to b paid. We claimed till date only bcoz they gave a forged signature case against us on our last working day n we were put behind bars. By Gods grace only we were able to come out of that prison. N till today cldnt work anywhere since our passport is in the court pertaining to that case. V cant take visa n work there or neither come to India with out passport. Whenever v enqire abt status of the signature case with the prosecution over there he vl only get angry with us telling when its ready it vl b informed.( ie a criminal case in anthr court). This company owner itself once told in labour court that the first report has come n it doesnt match to my husbands. This.people have money n power to supress any case in any court. But I believe my Lord is powerful than any one else n he vl save us at the earliest. Words cant express the situation v r in and how much tight v r financially n mentally. On top of that I have to shift my apt. The owner is coming to stay there frm 1st Jan. B4 that I have to find a new place n shift all by myself. My husband has to get a good job once aftet coming out of this mess. Pls pray for us in Jesus Name. Let his name be glorified fir ever.
