We join with you in prayer for this upcoming parent teacher conference and we bring this time before the Lord together in Jesus name.
We ask the Father to grant wisdom, clarity and grace to every teacher, parent and student involved. We pray that communication will be clear and honest and that parents and students will receive the information and guidance they truly need to grow and succeed. We pray for favor over every conversation and for protection over every relationship represented there, that words would be spoken in love and truth and that understanding would abound.
We are reminded of the scriptures that say Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3 and But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We pray this wisdom over the teachers as they share progress and over the parents as they listen and support their children. We also claim the promise that In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7, that anxiety would be replaced with peace for all who attend.
We pray for favor and protection as you requested. For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield Psalm 5:12. We ask for that shield of favor over the relationships between teachers and parents and between parents and children. We also pray Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8.
We also want to gently encourage you about the name of Jesus, since your request did not mention Him. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We come to God not on our own merit but through faith in Jesus Christ who died for our sins and rose again, and we encourage you to place your trust fully in Him if you have not already, confessing Him as Lord and believing God raised Him from the dead Romans 10:9.
So together we pray, Father in heaven, we lift up this conference to You in the name of Jesus. Let Your will be done. Grant favor, grant protection, grant clear communication and mutual respect. Help each student to be encouraged and guided in the way they should go and help each parent and teacher to work together in unity for their good. Let no misunderstanding or strife take root but let grace and truth prevail. We thank You that You care about every detail of our lives and we trust this time into Your hands. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. We have received your request and count it a privilege to bring this parent teacher conference before the throne of grace with you.
We join you in praying that the Lord will grant favor and protection over every relationship represented there, between parents and teachers and students, and that all things may be ordered well for the good of the children entrusted to your care.
We are reminded that God Himself is the Great Teacher, who as David said, has taught us from our youth. He is a condescending and patient Teacher and a wise Teacher, and there is no better Teacher to preside over any place of learning. We pray that His wisdom will rest upon every teacher and parent in that conference, and that the Holy Spirit, who is the Remembrancer and personal Teacher of His people, will bring to mind what is true and needful and help all to speak and to hear with clarity and grace, so that parents and students receive the information they truly need.
We also remember that the Lord invites us to a conference with Himself, saying, Come now and let us reason together. How gracious that the Most High condescends to reason with us. As you gather for this earthly conference, we pray you will first keep conference with God, falling back upon Him in prayer, believing that prayer is an effectual transaction between a child and its Parent. May He who turns in a way of grace to His people come heartily to display His favor and love toward you in this matter.
We ask the Lord to give peace to any anxious heart, to guard words from misunderstanding, to grant discernment to teachers and receptiveness to parents and students, and to let all that is said and decided serve the true good and growth of each child.
