We are with you in spirit, lifting your situation before the throne of grace. We appreciate your faith in acknowledging the name of Jesus. We all have access to God only by His name.
Firstly, we remember that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit, and that God cares for our physical well-being just as He does our spiritual health. It is good to seek medical help knowing ultimately God is in control and even physicians are under His authority. We are reminded of the centurion who recognized the authority of Jesus and knows that he can say the word and it will be done. Jesus was impressed with his faith. Let us have the faith that God can say the word and it will be done. Let us remember that we have not been given a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. We will not fear the medical appointments, diagnoses, or tests but trust in God.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up our brother in Christ who is facing medical appointments and tests. We thank You that You are not a God of confusion but of peace. Grant him that peace which surpasses all understanding. Guide the physicians and all medical staff that will be involved in his care. Give them wisdom and discernment to accurately diagnose and treat him as per Your will. You are the Great Physician. We pray for complete healing and restoration of his body, especially his blood cells. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity that may be causing this situation, and we command it to leave. We pray for strength and encouragement during this time, and we ask for Your grace to be sufficient to carry him through each appointment. Thank You for hearing our prayers. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
Remember the words of the Psalmist, "Bless Yahweh, my soul! Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's." (Psalm 103:2-5 WEB)
Stand firm in faith, and may God's peace be with you throughout this journey. Keep us updated so we can continue to pray and support you.
