LostDad

Disciple of Prayer
Its been almost 3 months and the court system has not decided if they are going to remove my rights as a father based on a false restraining order, even though it's an active restraining order. It's been over a year and still have not been arrested for the accusations that caused the restraining order...so that is why I can calmly say false restraining order. But the restraining order is being used as a weapon against me daily. Can't even attend the children's events at school because ex-wife works there. So it's been almost 3 months with no results of that case to remove my God-given rights as a dad. Now I have yet another court case coming against removing the evil family therapist and try to get parenting time given back to me that was stolen from the kids and I. And the overall sad part since the false restraining order I haven't seen my oldest son (15) and only daughter (13) in almost a year. My youngest son (9) hasn't missed a since parenting time, so there are no safety issues for me being a present father. Just evil people parenting alienating the children, which is abuse. I'm just tired of the 54 court cases in this evil custody battle...just wish heavenly father would put an end to it...54 court cases/trials and still going. I just want my ex-wife to leave the children and I alone...instead of abusing them and making me out to be a horrible dad. I just desperately want to be a present and active father. And yes, I have to admit I have hatred I work through daily/minutely with our heavenly father, but it's hard when she constantly attacks me and hurts the children without end. King David prayed for protection from his enemies and the things being said falsely against King David....can't I pray for protection from the evil one for the children and I too? So weight of past court case I carry daily (to lose my rights) and weight of coming case to get another family therapist that cares to help heal the broken and get back time stolen. I hope justice isn't blind to the truth and the hurt being dealt. Please pray for the children mostly, as they are "supposedly" choosing to stop loving me/seeing me. Signed ###

We hear your heartache, frustration, and deep longing to be the father God has called you to be. The pain of being separated from your children, especially under false accusations and systemic delays, is a heavy burden to carry. You are not alone in this struggle—King David himself cried out to the Lord in the midst of false accusations and persecution, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s justice, protection, and restoration.

First, we must address the weight of hatred you mentioned carrying. Scripture is clear that hatred and bitterness can take root in our hearts if left unchecked. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* We do not minimize the pain you’ve endured, but we encourage you to release this hatred to the Lord daily, asking Him to soften your heart and fill you with His peace. Forgiveness does not mean what was done was right—it means you are entrusting justice to God and refusing to let bitterness destroy you.

You are right to stand on the truth that God has given you the right and responsibility to be a father to your children. Psalm 68:5-6 declares, *"A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God sets the solitary in families."* The enemy seeks to destroy families, but God is the ultimate restorer. We rebuke the spirit of alienation and deception that has been weaponized against you and your children. The court system may be slow, but God is never late. Proverbs 21:1 reminds us, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* We pray that God would move the hearts of judges, lawyers, and all involved to seek truth and justice.

We also rebuke the lies being spoken over you and your children. The enemy thrives on deception, but Jesus is the Truth (John 14:6). We declare that the false narratives being spread about you will be exposed, and your children will see you for the loving father you are. We pray for their hearts to be softened, for their minds to be renewed, and for any manipulation or coercion to be broken in Jesus’ name. Your children belong to God first, and He will not abandon them.

For the upcoming court case, we stand with you in faith. Psalm 37:5-6 says, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* We pray that God would give you favor before the judge, that the truth would be revealed, and that the ungodly influence of the current family therapist would be removed. We ask for a therapist who will seek healing, not division, and who will advocate for the best interests of your children.

We also lift up your children, especially your oldest son and daughter, who have been kept from you. We pray that God would protect their hearts from manipulation and that He would stir within them a longing to know their father. We declare that the love you have for them will break through every barrier, and that they will one day recognize the truth of your love. We rebuke the spirit of confusion and rebellion that may be at work in their lives, and we ask God to draw them back to you.

You mentioned feeling weary from the 54 court cases, and we want you to know that God sees your perseverance. Galatians 6:9 says, *"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* This battle is not yours alone—it is the Lord’s. We pray for supernatural strength, wisdom, and endurance as you continue to fight for your children. We also pray for divine intervention to bring an end to this cycle of litigation. Ecclesiastes 3:17 reminds us, *"I said in my heart, God will judge the righteous and the wicked; for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work."* Justice will prevail.

Finally, we want to remind you that your identity is not defined by this battle. You are a beloved child of God, a father created in His image, and He has a purpose for you beyond this season of suffering. Isaiah 41:10 says, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* We pray that you would feel His presence with you in a tangible way, that you would experience His peace that surpasses all understanding, and that you would trust Him to fight for you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this father who is fighting for his children. Lord, You see the injustice, the false accusations, and the pain that has been inflicted. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, exposing the truth and bringing justice to light. We rebuke every spirit of deception, alienation, and manipulation that has been at work, and we declare that Your truth will prevail.

Father, we pray for this father’s heart. We ask that You would heal the wounds of betrayal and bitterness, and that You would fill him with Your peace. Help him to release hatred and to trust You for justice. Give him strength to endure this season, and remind him daily that he is not alone—You are with him.

Lord, we lift up his children to You. We ask that You would protect their hearts and minds from manipulation. Soften their hearts toward their father, and help them to see the love he has for them. Break every chain of confusion or rebellion, and restore their relationship with him. We pray for divine encounters that would draw them back to him and to You.

For the upcoming court case, we ask for Your favor. Give wisdom to the judge, clarity to the lawyers, and truth to prevail. Remove any ungodly influence from the family therapist, and provide someone who will seek healing and restoration. We ask that You would bring an end to this cycle of litigation, and that Your will would be done in this family.

Father, we trust You to fight this battle. We declare that no weapon formed against this father will prosper, and that every tongue that rises against him in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). You are the God of justice, and we ask that You would act on his behalf.

We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust You to bring restoration, healing, and peace. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, brother. It's been a long, exhausting journey, and we see the toll it's taking on you. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of false accusations and the slow grind of the court system. But remember, God is in control. He sees your pain, your frustration, and your longing to be with your kids. He's not forgotten you.

We know it's hard, but try to let go of that hatred. It's a heavy burden to carry, and it's not what God wants for you. He wants to fill you with His love and peace. Trust Him with the justice part. He's a just God, and He won't let the truth stay hidden forever.

We claim Psalm 68:5-6 over you and your kids. God is the father of the fatherless, and He's got this. He's setting you in families, and He won't let you down.

We're praying for your upcoming court case. We ask that God would give you favor, that the truth would be revealed, and that the current family therapist's influence would be removed. We need someone who wants to heal, not divide.

And we're praying for your kids, especially your oldest son and daughter. We ask God to protect their hearts, soften them towards you, and help them see the truth of your love. We declare that your love for them will break every barrier.

Keep fighting, brother. Galatians 6:9 tells us not to grow weary in doing good, for at the right time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. This battle is the Lord's, and He's got your back.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We have been lifting you and your precious children up in prayer daily since you shared your heart with us. Father, we continue to stand in the gap for this family, asking You to move mightily in the courts, in the hearts of those making decisions, and in the lives of these children who so desperately need their father’s love and presence. We pray against the spirit of alienation and falsehood, asking that every lie be exposed and every unjust barrier be removed.

Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard this father’s heart as he waits for justice. We pray for strength to release the weight of hatred and bitterness into Your hands, trusting You to be his defender. We declare restoration over this family—restoration of time lost, of relationships broken, and of the truth being revealed. May the courts act with wisdom and discernment, and may the children’s hearts be softened to receive the love their father so deeply desires to give them.

If You have already begun to answer these prayers in ways we cannot yet see, we thank You and ask that You reveal Your faithfulness in tangible ways. If the battle is still raging, we commit to standing with this father in prayer until Your justice and healing prevail. We trust You to bring an end to this cycle of pain and to turn the hearts of these children back to their father.

We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus, believing that what the enemy meant for harm, You will use for good. May Your will be done, and may this family experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Amen.
