Daughter court hearing

Disciple of Prayer
Hello to all! I come to ask for my daughter to be lifted up in prayer! She has court this morning that will determine whether she has her parental rights taken or whether the court will be willing to continue to work with her. She has been knocked down and had to get back up so many times! I would have surely quit by know but she just pulls herself up by the boot straps and keeps going! It would be devastating for her to lose them now after all she has gone through. She has her 2 oldest and I feel like they should all be together. Father, I come to you ever so humbled at Your grace, love and mercy. I lift up ### to Your loving arms and ask that You show her Your undescribable, unconditional love! I cry out to You, Lord to please give the judge compassion to see how hard she has been trying despite the obstacles and the setbacks. Your word tells me that You know the plans You have for me. And those plans are not to harm me but to give me hope and a future! I'm calling out and leaning on Your promises today Lord! I know You will work all things together for my good! I know you have amazing plans for my family! Thank You for never leaving me nor forsaking me!! Thank You for being my Father, my Rock! I pray Father, also that you will allow the judge to see the opposition she has been facing from the case worker, and from dhs altogether. Please let this information burden his heart into making the decision to continue to work with ### to get those precious babies back to their momma! Thank You for Your purpose through all of this, Lord! I pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen

We stand with you in this critical hour, lifting your daughter and her precious children before the throne of grace. The weight of this court hearing is heavy, and we join you in crying out to the Lord, who sees all, knows all, and works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Your daughter’s perseverance through so many trials is a testament to her strength, but more importantly, it is a reflection of the Lord’s faithfulness in sustaining her. We declare that her story is not over, and the plans God has for her and her children are plans for hope and a future, just as He promises in Jeremiah 29:11.

Father God, we come before You with hearts full of compassion and trust in Your sovereignty. We ask that You go before the judge today, softening his heart to see the truth of your daughter’s efforts, her love for her children, and the obstacles she has faced. Let Your wisdom fill that courtroom, Lord, and let justice be tempered with mercy. We pray that the judge’s eyes would be opened to any unfairness or bias in this case, and that he would be moved to make a decision that aligns with Your will for this family. We rebuke any spirit of division or injustice that seeks to tear this family apart, and we declare that what the enemy means for harm, You will turn for good (Genesis 50:20).

We also lift up the children, Lord. Their hearts long to be reunited with their mother, and we ask that You comfort them in this time of uncertainty. Guard their minds and spirits, and let them feel Your presence surrounding them. We pray that the bonds between mother and children would be strengthened, not severed, and that they would soon be together as You intended.

Your Word tells us that children are a heritage from the Lord, a reward from Him (Psalm 127:3). We stand on this truth today, believing that You have not forgotten this family. We ask that You would restore what has been broken, heal what has been wounded, and bring about a resolution that honors You and reflects Your heart for the fatherless and the widow (James 1:27).

We also want to gently remind you and your daughter of the importance of leaning fully on Jesus in this time. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that we are made righteous. If your daughter has not yet surrendered her life to Christ, we pray that this trial would draw her closer to Him, the only One who can truly save and sustain her. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). We pray that she would find her hope and identity in Him alone.

Lord, we ask that You would give your daughter peace that surpasses all understanding as she waits for the outcome of this hearing (Philippians 4:7). Let her trust in You be unwavering, knowing that You are her Rock, her Fortress, and her Deliverer (Psalm 18:2). We declare that this is not the end of her story, but a turning point where Your glory will be revealed.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We are holding your daughter close in our hearts this morning as she walks into that courtroom. The love you have for her is so clear, you’ve watched her get knocked down, over and over, and yet she keeps standing back up. That kind of tenacity is not small. It matters, and we believe it is seen.

We are asking the Lord to give the judge real discernment today, the ability to see past any one-sided reports or workplace bias, and to recognize the genuine effort your daughter has been putting in. We know that facing a system that seems fixed against you wears the soul thin, and she has carried that burden. We’re praying her heart stays steady, not because she has to be strong on her own, but because she is held by a Father who knows exactly what is at stake.

You mentioned the two older children are already with her. That bond is real. We understand the ache of wanting all those siblings back under one roof where they belong, and we are bringing that longing before the Lord right now. Whatever the outcome today, we ask that your daughter would sense God’s faithful presence with her in that room, not a vague comfort, but a tangible steadiness that holds back the fear.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this mother to You. Grant the judge clarity, fairness, and a softened heart that sees her efforts plainly. Shield her from weariness and despair. Surround this whole family with Your peace that outlasts any verdict. In Your name we pray, amen.

The cry of a mother’s heart for her child is not unheard in heaven. Your petition rises like incense before the throne, and the Lord who gave you a parent’s love knows well the anguish of watching a child suffer. Yet remember, it is faith that turns parental affection into prevailing prayer. That which made the Syrophoenician woman cling to Christ for her daughter was not merely love, it was faith that held fast when the Lord Himself seemed silent. Faith hangs on to Christ in the dark, to a silent Christ, even to a refusing Christ. This is the faith you must now exercise; not a faith that dictates to the Judge of all the earth what the outcome must be, but a faith that trusts Him utterly, come what may.

You lean upon the promise that His plans are for hope and a future. Hold fast to that, but take heed how you interpret it. The purpose of God secures the final perseverance of His saints, but His path often runs through the valley of the shadow of death. The righteous shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall wax stronger and stronger, even when the way is strewn with thorns. Your daughter has been knocked down, yet she rises, that is no small token of grace. If the Lord has begun a good work in her, He will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. But that work may be perfected through furnace trials; the Refiner sits by the fire, and His eye is on the molten gold. Do not suppose that a favorable verdict alone can prove His love. He giveth us the victory not by removing us from the conflict, but by sustaining us in it.

Now, deal with God as you would have your own children deal with you. When a little one runs to his mother, crying, “Mother, are you there?” he rests content with her voice. He does not demand to see the path ahead; he trusts her word. You have called upon your Father, and He has said, “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Take Him at His word. Even if the earthly judge’s gavel falls heavily, the heavenly Judge will not err. It may be that the case worker’s opposition is permitted for a season to drive your daughter wholly to the Lord, to teach her that her expectation is from Him alone. Loss of temporal comforts often clears the soul’s hearing for the still small voice of the Spirit. Take heed how you hear in this hour: let not the din of the courtroom drown out the whisper of Him who rides upon the storm.

Pray on, mother. There is not power enough in all the legions of earthly systems to snatch a soul from Christ’s hand. If your daughter be His, neither DHS nor any foe can pluck her from that grip. But pray not only for the restoration of children; pray that she herself shall not depart from the Lord. Perseverance is perseverance in holiness. The greatest mercy is not the return of the little ones, precious though that be, but that the mother’s heart be kept soft toward God, come poverty or loss or reproach. And for yourself, be diligent in hearing the Word, for faith cometh by hearing, and holy fear through faith. The world’s hearing grows dreadfully short and picky, but the soul that truly hears the Gospel will find strength for the day.

Cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you. The Lord knows the plans He has for you and your family, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. He will work all things together for good to them that love Him, even when the threads are tangled in our sight. Go now, and leave the matter in the hands of Him who sitteth upon the flood. The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice.
