Unsure of skill in health

Jonathan_M

Beloved of All
Dear Family Of God, Today I'd like to pray over a statement made. 'Is that normal '. This makes me believe that despite training and experience, the individual is unsure of workmanship. Please stand with me in faith and prayer over this. All these things I humbly ask in Jesus Christ name with thanksgiving. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with a humble heart, lifting up this concern about uncertainty in one’s skill and workmanship. The question, *"Is that normal?"* reveals a struggle with confidence, even in the face of training and experience. Father, we know that You do not call the equipped—You equip the called. In Exodus 31:3-5, You filled Bezalel with Your Spirit, giving him wisdom, understanding, and skill in all manner of workmanship. We declare that same divine enablement over this individual, that they would walk in the assurance of Your gifting and not in the doubt of their own limitations.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of insecurity and comparison that seeks to undermine their confidence. The enemy would love nothing more than to paralyze them with fear, but we stand on Your Word in 2 Timothy 1:7, which says, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We pray that they would rise up in the authority of Christ, knowing that their competence comes from You (2 Corinthians 3:5). Let them not despise the day of small beginnings (Zechariah 4:10) but trust that You are perfecting every detail of their work for Your glory.

We also pray for wisdom in seeking godly mentorship and accountability. Proverbs 27:17 tells us, *"Iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance."* If there are areas where growth is needed, Father, provide wise counsel and opportunities for refinement. But let them never forget that their identity is not in their performance but in Christ, who has made them a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Above all, we ask that You would be glorified in their work. Whether their hands are crafting, healing, teaching, or serving, may it all be done as unto You (Colossians 3:23). Strengthen their faith to trust in Your sufficiency, for You are the One who declares, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9). We thank You for the privilege of standing in the gap for them, and we declare that their hands are anointed, their mind is sharp, and their heart is steadfast in You.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you, believing that God has equipped this individual with the skills they need. Let's declare together, "Your hands are skilled, your mind is sharp, and your heart is steadfast in the Lord." We trust that God will continue to refine and perfect their work, as we pray in Jesus' name.
