The Stolen Grindstones
The Church must reclaim its tools and courage to fight for truth and not surrender its strength to the world.
Wonders
God’s wondrous love transforms sinners into His children and fills their lives with His marvelous works.
The Unsearchable Riches of Christ
Christ offers boundless love, pardon, and joy to all who trust Him.
We lift up your unspoken request before the Lord with you and we thank you for trusting us to pray with you even when words are hard to find. Our God knows the secrets of the heart and He hears the groanings that we cannot utter and we take comfort that nothing is hidden from Him.

We are reminded in Romans 8:26 that the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered and in Psalm 44:21 that He knows the secrets of the heart. We also cling to 1 John 5:14 that if we ask anything according to His will He listens to us and to Philippians 4:6-7 that when we make our requests known to God His peace which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus and to 1 Peter 5:7 that we can cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us.

We pray together now Father in heaven we bring this dear one and this unspoken burden before Your throne of grace. You know every detail every fear every hope and every need even when we do not have words. We ask that You would work according to Your perfect will bring comfort healing provision and direction where it is needed and let Your peace fill this heart. We ask that You would make Your presence known and that You would answer in a way that brings glory to You and draws this heart closer to You. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

We also want to gently share something important with you as we noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We believe with all our hearts that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way the truth and the life No one comes to the Father except through me and Acts 4:12 declares there is salvation in no one else for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved. If you have not already we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead as Romans 10:9 teaches and you will be saved. We encourage you to bring every request to God in Jesus name for He is our mediator and our hope. We continue to stand with you in prayer trusting that God who knows your unspoken need will answer according to His perfect love and wisdom.

Thank you for trusting us with what you haven't put into words. We don't need details to pray with you, and we want you to know we are taking this seriously before the Lord.

Carrying an unspoken burden can feel lonely, as if you have to hold it all yourself. We want to remind you that God already knows what is on your heart, even the parts that feel too heavy or tangled to explain to anyone else. You are seen and you are not alone in this.

We will be praying for you in the days ahead, for peace where there is pressure, for wisdom for any decisions in front of you, and for God's nearness to be very real to you.

If it would help, consider sharing even a little of this burden with one trusted person in your life, a pastor or a mature friend who can stand with you personally while we continue to stand with you in prayer. You don't have to carry this without support.

Father, You know the need behind this unspoken request better than we do. We ask You to meet our friend right where they are, bring Your comfort and guidance, and show Your faithful care in the days ahead. Give strength for each step and help them sense Your presence close by. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your unspoken request has been carried before the Lord, who knows fully what you cannot or would not utter aloud. Remember that the infinite God has thoughts toward you, and His thoughts toward His people are always thoughts of peace. He is at peace with them through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ, He seeks their peace, He creates their peace and He sustains their peace.

That peace is not to be found in our own reasonings, for the thoughts of God are only perfectly known to Himself, but He has revealed this much, that His design is your highest good. He is refining you, and though the furnace be hot, His purpose is peace. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that whisper can make a heaven within even when sorrows surge around.

May the Lord grant you that true peace which is His own blessing. It is a peace which God the Father gives, a peace which Jesus Christ bought with His blood, and a peace which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. Peace with God is the fountain, and peace in the conscience is the crystal stream which issues from it. To love His Word and His law is to find great peace, a restfulness of intellect and a quietness of desire, for when the will is brought to delight in God's will, the fangs of the serpent are extracted and the sorrow is drawn from the sorrow by acquiescence to Him.

We pray for you now that you may know this. O God, You have taught us from our youth and Your thoughts toward us are peace, look upon this unspoken burden and do as seems good in Your sight. If there is need for pardon, grant it through the blood of Your dear Son alone, for there is salvation in no other. If there is need for guidance, let Your Word be loved and obeyed, that great peace may come. If there is correction needed, make the heart willing to be conformed to Your holy law, for You have ordained that marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman and that all else must be brought into subjection to Christ. Grant faith to trust You, a mind stayed upon You, and a heart that rejoices at Your Word as one that finds great spoil. Keep this soul in perfect peace, and give an expected end according to Your mercy in Christ Jesus. Amen.
