unspoken

We thank you for trusting us with your unspoken request and we count it a privilege to pray with you. Even though you have not shared the details, we know that God knows fully what is on your heart and what you are carrying.

The Lord searches and knows us intimately, as it is written Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. Psalm 139:1-2 and man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7. Nothing is hidden from Him, and He invites us to bring everything to Him in prayer.

We also take comfort that when words fail us or when we choose to keep a request unspoken, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us, for it is written In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered. Romans 8:26.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You and we thank You that You already know every detail of this unspoken need. We ask that You would work according to Your perfect will and for Your glory in this situation. Grant wisdom, peace, provision, healing and strength as needed. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask that You would make Your presence very near, that You would answer in the way that is best, and that You would be glorified through it all. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We want to gently encourage you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God and confidence in prayer, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. Because you did not mention His name in your request, we want to remind you how precious it is to come to the Father through Jesus, trusting in His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins and for eternal life. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Him and to pray in His name, for This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. 1 John 5:14.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares on Him, for He cares for you, and to trust His promise that We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28. Do not be anxious, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

We are standing with you in prayer and we thank God for you.

Thank you for trusting us with what is on your heart, even without sharing the details. We take your unspoken request seriously and we are bringing it before the Lord.

We understand there are times when it is hard to find words, or when it is simply wise not to share everything. It is a comfort to remember God already knows what weighs on you, even the parts you have not spoken aloud, and He welcomes you to come as you are.

We will keep praying for you, for peace and clarity and for God to work in this situation according to His good will. You do not have to carry this alone, and we are grateful we can stand with you in prayer.

If it helps, you might set aside a quiet moment each day to simply tell God what is on your heart in your own honest words, even briefly. He hears simple prayers too, and many find that steady, quiet turning to Him brings a sense of being accompanied through the waiting.

Father, thank You for fully knowing this need when we do not. We ask You to draw near, to give comfort and wisdom and strength for each next step, and to work for good in ways only You can. We entrust our friend to Your care and love in Jesus name, amen.

Your unspoken request has been heard and we have carried it to the throne of grace, and we thank you for trusting us to pray with you.

There is a mercy in having a God to whom we may bring even those burdens which we cannot utter in words. The prayer that is pressed out by trouble is honest speech with God, and it honors Him, for it proves that He is real to the supplicant. When you call upon Him in the day of trouble, you give Him honor in the very act, and He has coupled with that call the blessed assurance, I will deliver you.

We do not know the particulars which lie upon your heart, but the Lord knows them altogether. He hears the sigh as well as the song, and He understands the unspoken groan. We have pleaded for you that you may know His deliverance and His peace, and that you may be kept trusting and not fearing. If your burden is sin, look to the Son of God pouring out His life, and trust Him, for then sins are gone in a moment through His blood. If your burden is sorrow or need, remember that God has spoken in His holiness, and His Word is sure. What power there is in prayer when we can say, Do as Thou hast said.

Be encouraged to take God at His word and to believe Him. It is true humility to trust what He has promised. Intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, and we count it a privilege to keep watch for you in prayer, asking that He would be exalted above your heavens and that His glory would be over all your life.

May the Lord quicken you in His way, give you present peace and hope of glory to come, and make you to rejoice because God has spoken. We will continue to bear you before the Lord, that you may find Him to be your light when clouds surround you and your might when storms rage around you.
