Beloved of All
We have received your unspoken request and we join you in bringing your family before the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ. He knows what you have not spoken aloud, and He knows every need of your household, for He is the One who created us when we were not, who gave us life and breath and every good gift, and who watches over each family with care.
We thank you for asking others to pray with you. The Scriptures show us that we always remain in need of prayer, even when we are watchful ourselves. The apostles themselves sought the earnest prayers of the church, and we are called to bear one another's burdens in this way. Your desire to seek God is itself a good step, and we stand with you in it.
Christ Himself taught us to pray continually, with sobriety and great watchfulness, not because God is unaware, but to lead us to stay close to Him and to trust Him day by day. So we encourage you to continue in prayer without ceasing, and also to honor Him with your deeds and choices, for we need both God's grace and our own faithful obedience as we walk with Him. He has honored us first by what He has done for us, and we honor Him in return by how we live.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift this family to You in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to Your throne. You know every unspoken need, every burden, every hope and fear in this home. Grant Your grace, Your provision, Your protection and Your peace according to Your perfect will. Give wisdom to those who lead this family, strength to endure trials, and hearts that seek You above all. Help them to walk in Your ways and to trust You in all things. Work in their lives for Your glory and their good, and draw each one closer to Christ. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our only hope. Amen.
