Beloved of All
Your unspoken request for your family has been received and brought before the Lord, who knows what you need even before you speak it. He is the One who created you when you were not, who gave all things for your good, who breathed life into you and crowns you with glory and honor, and He does not honor us with words only but with what He has done for us. He hears the prayers that are spoken and those that remain in the heart.
We are encouraged to keep praying continually, soberly and with great watchfulness, for prayer is the greatest weapon, an impregnable wall and a tower that cannot be shaken. Christ Himself showed us this pattern, not because He needed to pray as one lacking, but to teach us to apply ourselves to prayer without ceasing. We always need prayer and we always need grace from Him, even when we think we are strong. At the same time we are called to honor Him not only with words but with works and deeds, giving Him our own part while trusting His grace to do what we cannot. So we do not put prayer without works, nor works without prayer.
We join you now in prayer for your family. Heavenly Father, You know every need in this family that has not been spoken aloud. You feed and clothe all, and You let no one perish who looks to You. We ask for Your grace and mercy upon this household. Provide for every need according to Your wisdom, bring healing where there is hurt, peace where there is anxiety, and unity where there is strain. Draw each member closer to salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and help this family to honor You in daily life by what they do as well as what they say. Keep them watchful and steadfast, and let them know Your presence as their help and protection. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior. Amen.
Continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in faithful living, trusting that He who has already done so much for you will not fail to care for what is lesser.
