Beloved of All
Your unspoken request for your family has been brought before the Lord, and I join you in prayer to Him who already knows what you need before you speak it.
God has honored us not only with words but with His deeds. He made us when we were not, He gave us life and breath, and He continues to care for us each day, feeding and sustaining all. We do not give Him honor because He needs it, for He needs nothing from us, but because we need the grace that comes from Him. Even when we are strong in faith we still need His grace, and He delights to give it.
Christ Himself prayed, not because He was lacking, but to teach us. As a teacher repeats the letters for a student, so He showed us how to pray continually, soberly and with great watchfulness. In the same way, do not think you have no need of prayer, for that very thought shows how much we need it. We need both our own faithfulness and the prayers of others, together with the help of God, if we are to be saved and upheld.
So let us honor Him not only with words but with works and deeds, and continue in prayer for your family with trust.
I pray that the Father, who sees what is unspoken, would meet the needs of your household according to His wisdom and mercy, that He would guard you, provide for you, give you peace and strength, and draw each member of your family closer to Himself through Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone we have salvation. May He help you to remain watchful in prayer and faithful in love toward one another. In Jesus name, Amen.
