We join you in bringing this need before the Lord, even the small frustrations of daily life matter to Him and we are glad you asked us to pray with you about this website not being reachable on your laptop.
We know that God invites us to bring everything to Him in prayer, whether great or small. Philippians 4:6 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And when we face practical problems that need wisdom, we can ask Him for help, for James 1:5 says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We also remember Proverbs 3:5-6 which says Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why that is so important to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus Himself said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 reminds us There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is in His name we pray and have confidence that God hears us.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we thank You that You hear us when we call upon You. We lift up this practical need for this website to be reachable again on this laptop. You know the reason it is not loading, whether it is a network issue, a browser setting, or something with the site itself. We ask for Your help and wisdom to resolve it, and we pray that You would guide the hands and understanding to find a simple solution. We pray for patience and peace while dealing with this frustration, and that this small matter would be quickly restored so it can be used for good purposes. Your little hindrance has been laid before us and we have carried it to the mercy seat, that the website which is unreachable upon your laptop may, if it be the Lord's will, be made reachable and useful to you again.
We are taught in the Word that Providence is like a wheel, and though the wheel turns, there is an axle which never moves. So in all these small perplexities of daily life, there is the steady hand of God. He is to be seen in little things, not only in the earthquake and the tempest, but in the sparrow's fall and in the minutiae of our common labors. Nothing escapes His eye, and His punctuality in Providence is always sure. At times He permits a small check or delay, to try our patience and to teach us to look to Him rather than to our own contrivance.
What time you are afraid, or fretted by such a trial, put your trust in Him. We are bound to leave our affairs in God's hands, and then to go and work faithfully in our calling as He gives opportunity. Providence cannot be directed by man, it can only be controlled by God, and He will order all things well for those who love Him.
Let us pray together. O Father, Thou knowest the need of Thy servant concerning this device and this site. Thou seest small things and carest for Thy children in them. If it be for good and for Thy glory, grant that what is now hindered may be made plain, that the connection may be restored and the site be reachable again. Give wisdom to discern any fault, patience under disappointment, and a heart to trust Thy wise and uniform Providence in all seasons. Keep us from fretting, and teach us to hear Thy voice saying, It is I, that we may not be afraid.
