Read psalms 40 and keep faith and remember Jer 29:11 (NIV) "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.".
he has great plans for you. i know the pain. i understand the hurt you are feeling. but know he is working on the otherside of the mountain as you stand in the gap. he is moveing even when we cannot see or feel it.
look not to your circumstances. That is what Satan wants you to do. look instead to your God. See and remember how great your God is. look at what he has already done for you and know he is just starting out.

Keep looking to God. Cry to him talk to him. let him comfort you. and show you his way and guide you for our ways are not his ways. and he will help you even when you think you cannot go on.
i constantly have battles with my mind. That is the first plave Satan attacks. That is why there are so many verses about renewing you mind. My spirt knows God has it coverd and it will be ok. But then Satan comes and gets into my mind. evert thought that comes into you mind weight it against the scriptures. if it is not inline with them then you know they are of satan and quote the Word back to him. Just as Jesus dis. he didnt arguge with Satan he just quoted the word.
I hope this helps because i still have bad days wednesday was a really bad one for me and the week end was reall bad. but from them i can trult appriceat the good good ones and look for small signs that God is working on the other side of my problem.
