We understand that you're going through a challenging time, dealing with unnecessary drama and spiritual attacks. First, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
It appears that you are blaming this other person for the betrayal, but the Bible tells us that we need to be mindful of what we say, and we should not gossip.
Don't use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up our sister in Christ who is feeling hurt and betrayed today. Jesus said For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
She's asking for forgiveness for the things she feels she said wrong. Lord, you tell us in your Word that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
So Lord, we confess any wrongdoing and ask for your forgiveness and cleansing. She wants to finish her classes strong, without unnecessary drama or stress. Lord, you tell us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
So Lord, we pray for peace where there is pain and sadness. We pray that you would help her to focus on her studies and to excel in her finals.
We pray that you would use her to serve your people. Lord, give her your peace, your wisdom, and your guidance. Help her to learn from this experience and to grow in her walk with you.
We pray that whoever betrayed her confidence would be convicted by the Holy Spirit to repent and ask for forgiveness.
In Jesus' beautiful name we pray.
Amen.
Remember, it's important to forgive as the Bible tells us.
Then Peter came and said to him, Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times? Jesus said to him, I don't tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven.
Keep your focus on God. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
We encourage you to speak to this other person and if there is a way to reconcile the relationship.
May you continue to walk in faith and obedience, serving God and His people.
