I've been not getting out of the house. Not brushing my hair, teeth, taking showers. If I do go out, I clean, but I rarely do go out. Help. I need motivation. Please pray for me. I really need exercise. It will make me feel much better. I need motivation. Courage. Please pray for me. Thank you so much.

Guide her to find the help she may need if she is suffering from depression through community agencies, church, support groups and Your Word. Fill her with a love of life and spirit of joy that is overwhelmingly uplifting. I ask for her restoration spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically in the name of Jesus. AMEN

God bless U, ###. The world calls it attitudes, Bible calls it a spirit. A spirit of withdrawal. It pulls U away from everyone. U will find yourself losing desire to contact with anyone. Withdrawal spirit will stop U from going out of the house. Everything is too much to bear, hopelessness.

A spirit of despondency will make U feel no one cares. U never be good at anything. What the use, U need not be around anyone. It makes U feel guilty. The spirit of suicide will try to invade your mind, too.

Spirit of self-rejection, even rejection of people. But ###, Jesus is the answer. It is not going to be an overnight fix. Your deliverance can come gradually, through Jesus Christ, but as much as U can trust, & obey the word of God U can be delivered.

Father, I come to in the name of Jesus, thanks for sending Jesus into the world, & into my life, I believe that Jesus died for my sins & rose from the dead. Father, I know that U created me for good, I was not a mistake, for U do not make mistakes when U gave me life. I now give my soul and spirit to U.

I desire to be set free. I cannot feel myself, but Your word said U came to set the captive free & open the prison door of my mind.

I desire to know of your love, to experience your love in my soul. For U said perfect love cast out fear. 2nd Tim 1:7 For God has not given me a spirit of fear but a spirit of power, love & of calm & a well-balanced mind & discipline & self-control. (Please say this scripture verse when depression comes upon U. This is how U will retaliate.

Father, in the name of Jesus I bind the spirit of depression, self-rejection, withdrawal, despondency, suicide, shame, uncleanness in the name of Jesus. I plead the blood of Jesus of the thoughts pattern of ###'s mind. Father, I pray, for your peace, over her mind in Jesus name.
