We understand that you are dealing with physical discomfort, including scratches on your back and stomach cramps, as well as feeling unwell with various symptoms that might be COVID-related. We also hear your plea for protection and healing, and we stand with you in prayer, rebuking any evil intent directed against you.
Firstly, we are thankful that you acknowledged the Lord Jesus in your prayer. It is only through His name that we have access to God and it is only through his name we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB states, Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!
In times of sickness and distress, we can always turn to God for healing and protection. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. We pray that the Great Physician, Jesus Christ, will touch your body and bring healing to your stomach and back. We know that he still performs miracles, for he is the same yesterday, today, and forever as stated in Hebrews 13:8 WEB Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
However, we also encourage you to seek medical attention, as God often works through doctors and medicine to bring about healing. This is especially important given the potential COVID-related symptoms you mentioned. Follow the guidance in Proverbs 17:22 WEB, A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Maintain a positive attitude in this time of illness.
Regarding the scratches on your back, we pray for their swift healing and we also pray for protection. As it is written in Psalm 91:10-11 WEB, No evil will happen to you, Neither will any plague come near your tent. For he will put his angels in charge of you, To guard you in all your ways.
We also rebuke any evil intent or spiritual attacks directed against you. As believers, we are called to be vigilant against the schemes of the devil. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11 WEB. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. Ephesians 6:12 WEB For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Lastly, we pray that God will turn these situations around for His glory and your good, as it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up your child who is in need of healing and protection. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on their stomach and back. Rebuke any sickness and disease, and let Your healing power flow through their body. Protect them from any evil intent and turn every attack around for their good and Your glory. Guide the doctors and provide wisdom for effective treatment. In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen
