About two years ago, my church hired a new pastor. We all believed he was the one God chose for us. I am sad to say I am no longer sure of this. He has fired most of the staff that we had. Actually anyone who does not agree with him or dares to question his decisions has been let go. This has caused great division and heartbreak for our congregation. I really do not know what to do. I want to be part of the solution and not be part of the problem. I do not want to gossip or do anything offensive to God. It would be an easy thing to do to simply leave the church, however, this has been my church home since 1976. I don't want to leave. I want to help to bring unity back to our congregation. Please pray for me and for our pastor and the entire congregation. Thank you and God bless you.

We thank You that You see all things, in the past, present and the future. So, we ask for Your divine wisdom on our sister's part as she continues to submit herself to her pastor. Give her the grace too to flow along with the pastor that You have ordained.

Lord, until You see him fit to be a pastor, let this pastor remember that he is serving You and not himself, like King Saul was. Give him to know Your heartbeat, Lord.

Bless our sister, ### as she so desires to please You even the situation seems to be hard and unusual. Bless her again and again and even more for she really carries Your heart, a heart without criticism and judgmental towards her pastor. And Lord, we know that You will always deal things in Your way and time, as we continue to submit ourselves to You and to the man of God that You have placed us under.

We give thanks and praise in Your most Precious Name, amen-Matthew 18:18-19
