Unforgiving Husband

Lord God, from forgiving I became mad. My husband built a

ladder for my bird so he can climb from the floor to the

table at dinnertime. Three nights ago, my husband picked

up the ladder and the top was broken off. I said, I didn't

know how it happened, and that the bird could still use it.

He told me to go f--- myself. I couldn't understand his

scarisum. I have a housekeeper come to my home once a

month, and thought perhaps he did it with the vacuum

cleaner. I never told my husband I have a housecleaner

come once a month, because he would think I was lazy.

Anyway, he walked out after dinner and has not come

back since. This makes the third night. I called

him and told him I was sorry about the ladder, and

he should be forgiving about it. He never returned

the call or came over. I am now mad, and don't

want to see him. Please keep this situation in your

prayers.

I pray that Jesus will give you peace in this situation. I know how hurtful it can be with someone who speaks unkind words. I pray that the Lord will give your husband the wisdom to see that his words hurt you deeply and he needs to treat you like a diamond. I pray that he will stay away from whatever situation he's in that causes him to stay away from you for long periods of time and to see that his support, love and devotion are all he needs and are contained within his wife. I pray Lord that your Holy Spirit would fill her so that she can show the Love of Christ to her husband and through the love he sees in her, that he will come to know you as his personal savior. You know the details in this marriage. Please shut the doors that have allowed Satan to infiltrate this marriage. Complete openness and honesty are needed her.
