Beloved of All
Dealing with these unfair unjust managers and unrealistic please help us Lord to get all this done before they come around and start citing people Unjustly in this horrendous storm Jesus amen

We join with you in prayer over this heavy burden of unfair treatment and the pressure of unrealistic demands, especially as you face this severe storm. We hear your cry for help and for justice, and we stand with you seeking the Lord's mercy and strength.

We know how difficult it is to labor under managers who seem unjust and demanding, and the fear of being cited unfairly only adds to the stress. We are reminded that God sees all injustice and He is our ultimate defender. Do not be overcome by bitterness, but trust Him to act righteously on your behalf.

Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24. Even when those over us are harsh or unfair, we are called to do our work faithfully as unto the Lord, trusting that He sees our diligence and will honor it.

God is also your refuge in this literal and figurative storm. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

We pray together for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus we come before You on behalf of our brother or sister who is overwhelmed by unfair and unjust leadership and by impossible expectations. Lord, You see every unfair action and every unjust citation, and nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask for Your divine help to accomplish what needs to be done, for supernatural strength, wisdom, and efficiency to complete these tasks even in the midst of this horrendous storm. Protect them from harm and from unjust punishment, Lord. Calm the storm and keep all who are laboring in it safe. Soften the hearts of these managers, Father, that they would act with fairness, understanding, and mercy, and see the reality of the conditions. Give our friend peace that passes understanding, guarding their heart from anger and anxiety, and help them to rest in the truth that You are their just Judge and their provider. We trust that You will make their righteousness shine as the light. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and access to You. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to do your best with integrity, to pray for those managers even as you endure their unfairness, as Jesus said to love your enemies and pray for those who mistreat you Matthew 5:44, and to commit your way to the Lord, trusting He will bring justice in His perfect time. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5. He will not abandon you in this storm.

We can hear how heavy this is right now, trying to keep up with demands that feel unrealistic while a terrible storm is bearing down and managers are quick to cite people. That combination of pressure and feeling treated unfairly is exhausting, and it makes sense you would feel on edge wanting to get everything done in time.

We are praying with you for protection and steadiness in the middle of it. When everything feels urgent, it can help to sort what is actually required for safety and what can be noted as delayed because of the storm. If you are able, keep a simple written record of what you complete and any conditions that prevent other tasks, and communicate that briefly in writing to your managers so there is a clear account. And please put your physical safety first while the weather is severe, even if pressure is high.

You are not unseen in this. God knows the effort you are putting in and the unfairness you are feeling.

Father, we bring this hard situation to You in Jesus name. Please guard and provide for everyone in this storm, give wisdom for each decision that must be made, grant calm and strength to do what can be done, and work for fairness and understanding with these managers. Give peace that steadies the heart tonight. Amen.

Your cry concerning unjust and unreasonable oversight in the midst of this horrendous storm has been heard, and it is right to bring it before the Lord who sees all that is done under heaven.

The pressure to get much done quickly while men threaten to cite you unjustly is a heavy burden, and our Savior speaks directly to such a trial when He says, do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry, fretfulness, care, anxiety and distress. Anxiety has never brought grist to the mill nor meal to the barrel, and the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Be prudent and diligent and do what your hands find to do as unto the Lord, but cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Tell the Lord about it in prayer rather than telling only yourself about it in worry, and the peace of God shall keep your heart.

Remember also that all authority is under authority. Even our blessed Christ came as one under authority, commissioned by the Father, and every manager and inspector is himself under a higher authority, and ultimately under the authority of God. They may act harshly, but they cannot pass beyond what the Lord permits, and He who has appointed all powers will require an account of how that power is used. Do your work faithfully before Him whose eye is over all, and leave the unjust dealing in His hands.

For there shall be a resurrection both of the just and the unjust. The Lord will not leave injustice unjudged forever. What is done in secret and what is done with a hard hand will be brought into the light, and the character which men form here will be revealed there. Living under the eye of that final justice, you may rest that no unjust citation escapes His notice, and no faithful labor done in trying circumstances is forgotten by Him.

We pray with you now, that the Lord in mercy would calm this storm and keep you safe within it, that He would give you strength and steadiness to complete what is required, that He would restrain unjust judgment and turn the hearts of those set over you toward fairness and reason, and that He would quiet your spirit with trust in His providential care. May He give you wisdom for each task and keep you from fretting, and may you find that His grace is sufficient for this hour.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry under unjust and unfair pressure has been heard, and I join you in lifting it to the Lord who sees all injustice clearly.

God is not like an unjust manager or an unfair judge. He judges not only the size of a wrong but the heart behind it, and nothing done unfairly escapes His sight. At the same time He is merciful and near to those who call on Him in trouble. As Scripture shows, prayer is a mighty weapon when offered with earnestness and sincerity. It overcame the hardness of the unjust judge, it turned back distress, and it brought deliverance to those who groaned. Even now He hears the groaning of His people in hard conditions and comes to help.

I pray for you now in this horrendous storm, that God will grant you protection, strength, and calm to do what is necessary, and that He will restrain any unjust citation or harsh dealing. May He give you wisdom and endurance to fulfill your duties, peace to guard your heart from anger or fear, and justice to prevail where managers act unreasonably. I pray also for those in authority over you, that God would soften their hearts, turn them from harshness, and lead them to act with fairness and mercy.

May the Lord keep you safe through the storm, provide what you need to complete your work, and let you experience His just and gentle care even when people are unjust. We trust Him to be your defender and your refuge, and to work all things for good as you continue to call upon Jesus Christ, our only Savior and hope.

Father, hear this prayer, cover Your servant in this storm, grant help to finish the tasks at hand, prevent unfair harm, and let Your justice and mercy be known. In the name of Jesus, amen.

It is painful to be under pressure that feels unfair and to face demands that seem impossible, especially in the middle of a severe storm when you are doing your best to keep up. The sense that you might be judged or cited unjustly while you are struggling just to get the work done is a heavy burden, and it is understandable that your heart is crying out to the Lord for help.

Scripture acknowledges that feeling. There is a proverb that says the unjust person is an abomination to the just, and the upright in turn is an abomination to the wicked. When you love what is fair and right, injustice grates on you. God made us to care about fairness, so it is natural to be distressed when those over you act without fairness or show partiality.

Jesus told a story that speaks directly to this kind of distress. He described a judge who did not fear God and had no regard for people, who was hard and unfeeling and unjust. A widow came to him again and again pleading for justice, and at last even that callous judge gave her what she asked because of her persistence. Jesus was not saying that God is like that judge. He was teaching by contrast. God is exactly the opposite of an unjust judge. He is a loving Father who cares deeply and is concerned for His people. The point is this, if even a hardened and unjust judge will finally respond to persistent pleading, how much more will your heavenly Father hear and answer His own people when they cry out to Him day and night, even though He may seem to delay.

You can bring this situation to Him persistently and honestly. He sees the unrealistic expectations, He sees the threat of being cited unfairly, and He sees the strain of working through a horrendous storm. He is not unconcerned or distant. The same God who will one day make all things right, when He raises both the just and the unjust and judges with perfect righteousness, also sees every act of harsh or partial treatment now. Just as He promised to judge those who showed no mercy to His people even when He had allowed them to be under discipline, He does not overlook ill treatment.

And He understands what it is to suffer injustice. Christ, who was perfectly just, once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, to bring us to God. He was put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit. Because He bore injustice for us, He can bring us near to God, and we can come with confidence to ask for grace in time of need.

So keep crying out to Him. Ask Him for strength and wisdom to do what is needed, for protection in the storm, for favor and fairness from those in authority, and for peace in your heart while you wait. Ask Him also to help you remain fair and upright yourself, showing no partiality even when you are treated without it, and to guard your heart from bitterness.

May the Lord give you strength for each task, calm your anxiety, restrain any unjust action against you and your coworkers, and let you know His caring presence as you persist in prayer. He hears you, He cares for you, and in His time and way He will answer.
