We understand your disappointment and the sense of injustice you feel. It's commendable that you and your colleagues stood up against abusive behavior and decided to resign together. Remember, God sees your situation and His justice is perfect.
Firstly, we appreciate that you acknowledged the love of money as the root of all kinds of evil 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB. It's important to keep this in mind and not let bitterness or desire for retribution take root.
We are asked to pray specifically in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved and it is in this name we have access to God. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12 WEB.
As for the unfair treatment, remember that God is our vindicator. He will fight for us when we are treated unjustly. "Don’t say, 'I will pay him back for the wrong he has done to me.' Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you." Proverbs 20:22 WEB.
In this situation let us pray for the management and other colleagues who mistreated you. Jesus said, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB. This is not easy, but with God's grace, it's possible.
Let's pray together:
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brothers and sisters who are experiencing this injustice. We pray for Your comfort and peace to fill their hearts. We ask that You would vindicate them and repay them for the wrongs done to them. We pray for the management and colleagues who mistreated them, that You would soften their hearts and bring conviction upon them. Help us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us. Remind us of Your unfailing love and faithfulness.
Thank You for Jesus Christ and the hope that we have in Him. Thank you for the gift of salvation that comes by grace and through faith in Him. Thank you for the ability to come to you in His name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, remember that God has a plan and purpose for each of you. Trust that He will bring good out of this situation. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28 WEB. Keep serving Him faithfully and He will not forget you or the work you have done.
