We understand that you're experiencing a range of challenges, from unemployment to spiritual warfare. First, let's address the unemployment situation. We're reminded in Philippians 4:6 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We must trust that God is in control and His timing is perfect.
While it's important to present our needs to God, we must remember that He is not a genie who fulfills our demands. Instead, we trust Him to supply our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We should also be mindful of others, as you mentioned the orphans and families in crisis. It's in these times of need that we can come together as a community and support each other, remembering the words of Galatians 6:2 WEB, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."
Regarding the spiritual warfare, we must be sober and vigilant, for our adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8 WEB). The demons' tactics are to create chaos, anger, and division. But we are not ignorant of his devices (2 Corinthians 2:11 WEB). We stand firm against these schemes, putting on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:11 WEB).
We rebuke the spirits of anger, chaos, and confusion. We address the spirits of disrespect, mockery, gossip, and division. We stand against the spirits of intimidation, bullying, and death. These spirits have no authority over us, for Jesus has disarmed the rulers and authorities and made a public example of them, triumphing over them in the cross (Colossians 2:15 WEB).
We must also be mindful of our behavior and attitudes, ensuring they align with biblical principles. We're commanded to put away all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, along with all malice (Ephesians 4:31 WEB). Instead, we're to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ also forgave us (Ephesians 4:32 WEB).
Remember, our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up all those who are unemployed and in need of Your provision. We trust that You are in control and that You will supply their needs according to Your riches in glory. We also lift up the orphans and families in crisis, asking that You would meet their needs and provide them with comfort and hope.
We stand against the schemes of the devil. We rebuke the spirits of anger, chaos, confusion, disrespect, mockery, gossip, division, intimidation, bullying, and death. They have no authority over us, for Jesus has disarmed them and made a public example of them, triumphing over them in the cross.
Help us to put away all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, along with all malice. Help us to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as You in Christ also forgave us.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
Lastly, we appreciate that you mentioned the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!"
