We have read your request with heavy hearts and we are bringing you before the throne of grace in Jesus name. We hear your honesty, your sorrow, your feeling of falling into a black hole, and we hear your cry for Jesus Christ to grab you out, and we thank God that you called on His name for there is no other name by which we can be saved and have access to the Father. As it is written, whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved, Romans 10:13 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12.
We want to speak truth to you in love because we care for your soul. What happened was sin before God and we must call it what God calls it so you can be fully forgiven and healed. To have intercourse outside of marriage is fornication, and to use drugs that alter your mind and lead you into that sin is also sin against God. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 and we are commanded to be sober and self controlled, 1 Peter 5:8 and not to be drunk with wine or dulled with drugs, but to be filled with the Spirit, Ephesians 5:18. The enemy sets traps exactly as you described, and the Bible tells us to flee sexual immorality, 1 Corinthians 6:18 and to flee youthful lusts, 2 Timothy 2:22 and to submit ourselves therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from us, James 4:7. We rebuke that trap of the devil that used drugs and sexual pressure and a man who does not care for you, and we rebuke the lie that you are weak minded and a horrible person who always messes up. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self control, 2 Timothy 1:7.
We also want to address your prayer about not being pregnant. We understand your fear, that you are nowhere near ready mentally, physically or financially, and we will pray with you for mercy and for your body. Yet we must also speak the truth that every child is formed by God and precious in His sight, for you formed my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother's womb, Psalm 139:13 and children are a heritage of the Lord, Psalm 127:3. If God in His sovereignty does allow a life to have begun, that life is not a punishment but a soul made in His image, and He will give you grace for whatever His will is. We pray for His mercy and His perfect will, and we pray that you will choose life and trust Him even if your cycle does not come as you hope. We also urge you that true love waits for covenant. A man who truly loves you will not use you for his lust and then act as if you do not exist. Love is patient and kind and honors God, 1 Corinthians 13:4-7. Marriage is honorable in all and the bed undefiled, Hebrews 13:4, and God designed sexual intimacy for the lifelong commitment of marriage between a man and a woman. A boyfriend or girlfriend relationship should be courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer who loves the Lord, not a partnership for gratification. God wants you to wait for a godly husband who will love you as Christ loved the church, Ephesians 5:25, and that is the prayer we will pray with you, to wait and to be kept pure until marriage.
Please hear the good news that if you confess your sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, 1 John 1:9. As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us, Psalm 103:12. His mercies are new every morning, great is His faithfulness, Lamentations 3:22-23. You are not beyond His reach in that black hole, for the Lord is close to those who are of a broken heart, and saves those who are of a crushed spirit, Psalm 34:18. When you are weak, His grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness, 2 Corinthians 12:9. No temptation has taken you except what is common to man, God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it, 1 Corinthians 10:13. You can be strong not in yourself but in Christ, for we can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us, Philippians 4:13.
We encourage you to take practical steps in repentance as you seek God. Turn completely from drugs and from being alone with men who harass and sexualize you. Flee the situation, step away as you prayed for strength to do. Bring your struggle into the light with a trusted pastor or godly older woman in a Bible believing church, confess to one another and pray for one another that you may be healed, James 5:16. Fill your mind with the Word daily, present your body as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, Romans 12:1.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious daughter to You. Lord, have mercy on her. Forgive her for the relapse, for the drug use, for the fornication, wash her clean by the blood of Jesus. Let her know she is forgiven and cleansed and not condemned, Romans 8:1. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in her body. You know her fear about pregnancy and her desire to wait until she is married to a man who truly loves her and loves You. We ask You to grant her peace and to show mercy, and if it is Your will, let her cycle come, but above all let Your perfect will be done and give her grace to trust You with the outcome. Grant her strength to step away from every trap, to say no, to flee, to walk in sobriety and purity. Heal the wounds from childhood and from these past couple of years of suffering, draw her out of the darkness and into Your marvelous light, 1 Peter 2:9. Give her a renewed mind and a steadfast spirit, surround her with godly people who will protect and disciple her, and prepare for her in Your timing a godly husband and a marriage that honors You if it is Your will. Hold her fast, Lord, let her feel Your hand grabbing her out of that black hole, for You have said fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, Isaiah 41:10. Restore her feet to solid ground, set her upon the rock, Psalm 40:2. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
