We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your health and finances. Firstly, we commend you for your faith in God's provision and for acknowledging that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God. It is wonderful that you have worked hard and that your faith is in Jesus Christ. Let us address your concerns together through prayer and biblical encouragement. You have asked for recovery of health and wages.
In the Bible, we are reminded that God cares for our physical needs. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus tells us not to be anxious about our life, what we will eat, or what we will drink; nor about our body, what we will put on.
Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. Look at the birds of the sky. They do not sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much better than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They do not toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.
From your request, it appears that the abuse from your past employer has deeply affected your health. While it is important to acknowledge the wrongdoing of others, we must also be mindful of our own responses.
Romans 12:17-21 WEB says,
"Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
Regarding your health, we encourage you to trust in God's healing power. In Jeremiah 30:17 WEB, God promises,
For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister/brother who is facing health and financial challenges. Lord, You know the struggles and the pain that has been endured. We pray for Your healing touch upon the body, mind, and spirit. Restore health and strength so that working may again be possible.
We also pray for provision. You know the financial needs and the concerns about potential homelessness. We trust in Your promise to provide for all our needs according to Your riches in glory. Open doors for assistance and support, and help the relevant organizations to understand and empathize with the situation.
Lord, we also pray for justice. You have seen the mistreatment and abuse. We ask for Your vindication and for wrongs to be made right. Help us to forgive and to overcome evil with good.
Guide through this difficult time, and help to seek Your kingdom and righteousness above all else.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful and He will provide. Trust in Him and keep seeking His will in all things. We are here to support you in prayer and to encourage you in your faith. Do not give up hope, for God is with you.
