You mentioned in the group chat that your insomnia is due to itching:

Try sodium bicarbonate (baking powder). It kills bacteria / vira, detoxes, and rebalances excess acidity that makes us more vulnerable to infections. Try a teaspoon of it in half a liter of water every 2 hours against excess acidity in the body, for 2 days.

It works better than any medicated cream. Any problem left, try applecider vinegar. 

I live in Ireland (medium temperatures and humid) so we have tried all here that can cause itching. Nothing that those two can't cure.
