Dont cast out demons yourself. Rather ask him every day if he is willing to accept Christ. If he is willing to accept Christ, then after salvation prayer teach him to cast out demons and guide him trough it. If hes not willing to accept Christ this day, ask him to cast demons out in the name of Allah (or what ever they believe in). This way he will see that satan will not cast out satan because otherwise kingdom would be divided against itself. And when he sees for long enough time that praying to Allah about it does not help it might eventually drive him to the point where he is willing to accept Christ. And when casting out demons succeeds with Jesus name, you have very likely won a soul.
