We're here with you, lifting your heart to the Lord. We know that coming to Him with a repentant heart is the first step towards forgiveness. It's like the prodigal son in Luke 15, remember? He went to his father, confessed his sins, and was welcomed with open arms. That's our God - He's waiting with open arms too.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today, carrying this dear soul's heart. Lord, we know you see them, you know their struggles, and you love them deeply. We ask for your forgiveness to wash over them, like the woman in Luke 7, who washed Jesus' feet with her tears. Cleanse them, Lord, make them new, just like you promised in 2 Corinthians 5:17.
Help them, Lord, to walk in your ways, to resist temptation, and to grow in their faith. Give them the strength to stand tall, like the mustard seed in Matthew 13, starting small but growing big in their faith.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
