This is the situation my father bought a house in ### some ten yrs ago from his friend and ###. They were no papers signed like sale agreement all what was remaining was change of ownership (title deed) a year elapsed without ### showing up to bring the title so my father decided to go to court magistrate unsurprisingly he lost the case. The house at first was going at K ###,###,### my father sold the shop he had and paid but ### said the money was too little so dad needed to add another K ###,###,### so he didn't finish paying in a stipulated time he was late by 3 months, all the same he finished the money and the ### received total amt of K ###,###,### title was not surrendered. dad was not satisfied that he lost the case he then appealed to high court the case took 7 yrs sentence was passed but still lost the case. dad was told to surrender the house and pay ### costs like transport refunds to ### coz he was coming from ###. dad wanted to appeal to supreme court but he is afraid of loosing still coz the ### has friends in judiciary and he works in different courts. dad's ### was surprised that they lost the case coz he was sure the case was a straight forward one. ### asked my father wanted n he said an appeal to supreme court as his ### was drafting an appeal the ### called and asked if they could discuss outside the court n chamber becoz he was like a brother to dad and wanted things to be sorted out amicably, dad agreed n ### asked dad what he wanted, he dad said he wanted the house and the other to keep the money K ###,###,### and that they change ownership. ### refused and said dad lost the case so he was just going to do him a favour by selling the house and give him 35 % and him( ###) 75%.......or another option is for dad to give ### his % of 75% in money its K ###,### then he will be given title but ### said he can't buy same thing twice. My father is tired of this case coz its taken too long and he wants to end it all. He's given dad 30 days in which to vacate the house. Pray for us as family God's justice will reign. I believe and trust God is working out something great For strength and courage. Here
