We come before You, Lord God Almighty, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Your Word declares in John 8:32, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." We lift up this situation to You, asking that every veil of blindness be lifted and that truth be exposed in its fullness. Father, we pray that deception would have no place, and that those who have been blinded by the enemy would have their eyes opened to see clearly what is happening.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of theft, dishonesty, and exploitation in the workplace. Your Word is clear in Ephesians 4:28, "Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need." We declare that any unjust actions, whether through comping drinks, misusing resources, or stealing time and effort, must cease immediately. We pray that those involved would repent and turn from their ways, seeking righteousness instead of personal gain at the expense of others.
Father, we ask for restoration in every area where losses have occurred. You are the God who restores what has been taken, as Joel 2:25 promises, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you." We trust You to recover what has been lost, whether in finances, reputation, or peace of mind. We also pray for wisdom and discernment for leadership to recognize these issues and take godly action. May they receive a clear memo or directive to stop any unethical practices, and may justice be served without retaliation against those who stand for truth.
Lord, we bring this friendship before You as well. Proverbs 27:6 warns, "Faithful are the wounds of a friend; although the kisses of an enemy are profuse." If this friendship is built on exploitation or enabling sin, we ask that You break its hold. Let truth prevail, even if it is painful, so that all parties may walk in integrity and righteousness. Protect this individual from any backlash or harm for doing what is right, and surround them with godly counsel and support.
We also take a moment to acknowledge the power of the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach You, Father, and no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray all these things in Jesus’ name, for His glory and honor.
Lastly, we encourage this dear one to stand firm in faith, knowing that God sees all and will not be mocked (Galatians 6:7). Continue to walk in integrity, even when others do not, and trust that God will vindicate the righteous. Lean on Him for strength, wisdom, and protection, and remember that He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him (Proverbs 30:5). May God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Amen.
