Lately, I have been seeing lives all around me falling apart with troubles of every sort. Knowing I was powerless to fix these problems myself; I called on the Lord and He gave me revelation by His word.
John 12:24 states, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
He also showed me many more scriptures about the shaking of things in the earth and in the heavens, scriptures about families falling apart and family member being enemies, one against another. Scriptures about love waxing cold, and peace was leaving. The scriptures list was very lengthy and certainly wasn't very positive.
The Lord let me know He wasn't interested in peoples self preservation. He wants children who have no interest in this world, but only who have a love for him and His will, and if need be, are willing to lay down their lives for Him.
All the troubles are coming because people want their comfortable lives, and in no way are concerned about God's will or purpose

John 12:25 states, He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.
This is very hard verse to hear, but God isn't into tickling people's ears. God makes it very clear that we must die to ourselves, in order to have an abundant life.
He also sent me to Psalm 91:9-10
Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
This is the answer and the only true way to be delivered, Christ Jesus must be the soul priority of our lives.
