Dear Prayer Warriors

I am asking for your prayer for my son Jonas who just turned 17.  He is very angry, has turned from the Lord, has got involved with drugs and is just not himself.  He is currently in rehab an is about to be released however his attitude is that he wants to live life his way and do what he wants and doesn't care about how he hurts others, the consequences his choices make.   I stand in prayer believing that he will come home and change his ways, that he will be able to walk away from the addiction and the false sense of security it gives him.  That he will deal with his anger, his hurts and pains so that he doesn't have to continue down this path.  I feel there have not been answers to my prayers and am greatly discouraged.  I have to continue to believe that God hears them and will answer.  I don't want any harm to come to him.  I want him to come to his senses and have been asking God to give him a life changing encounter that will set him straight.  I pray that my family will be all serving the Lord and the joy we once had would return to our household.  I am asking that you help me to stand in the gap, not only for Jonas but for all our prodigals that have gone astray.  May God send godly men and role models into their lives and pull them from the pit they are in. For the dads out there....please pray for our sons.

I stand in agreement with you for the complete transformation of your son.Lord have mercy on this parent and son.It is not the first time that she has asked for the prayers to stand in agreement with her in prayer.
