Please pray for my husband, Scott. He is a wonderful man, who has poured his heart into his job for the last several years, only to be met with false accusations, racism, and constant threat of termination. When he confronts his superiors about the racism, they tell him he is lying. They told him today that no matter what schooling he has, how hard he works, or how long he is there, he will never be anything more than a production worker, because he does not have any personal worth. It is heartbreaking to watch what this is doing to my husband... he looks so beaten down and broken everyday when he comes home. I fear that it is destroying his self esteem. Please pray for him and his company/superiors... that he may have the strength to survive this emotional abuse, and that they may have their eyes and hearts opened. Thank you so much.
