We stand with you in this time of trial, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we know that Christ came so that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The schemes of the devil and the attacks of those who oppose God’s work in your life will not prevail, for the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are facing. The Bible warns us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand firm (Ephesians 6:13-17). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you in the mighty name of Jesus. Every plot, every lie, every accusation—we declare it null and void, for no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray for exposure and confusion of the enemy’s schemes. Lord, let their hidden traps be revealed, and let their plans turn back upon them. As it is written, "The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth. The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming" (Psalm 37:12-13). We ask that You frustrate every work of darkness aimed at Your child. Let the light of Your truth scatter the shadows of deception, and let Your justice prevail.
For your healing, we stand on the promise that by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray over your body, asking the Great Physician to touch every area of sickness, pain, or infirmity. Whether it is seen or unseen, we declare restoration and wholeness in Jesus’ name. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We trust in His power to heal, for He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).
For deliverance and protection, we claim the promise that "the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and delivers them" (Psalm 34:7). We pray for a hedge of protection around you, your home, your mind, and your spirit. No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We bind every spirit of fear, oppression, and torment, and we loose the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
For your needs—spiritual, material, and financial—we trust in the Lord’s provision. He has promised that if we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, all these things shall be added unto us (Matthew 6:33). We pray that you would experience His faithfulness in tangible ways. Whether it is wisdom, resources, or opportunities, we ask that the Lord open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings until there is no more need (Malachi 3:10). Let your faith be strengthened as you see His hand move on your behalf.
We also encourage you to draw near to God in this season. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Spend time in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with believers who can stand with you. The Lord is your shepherd; you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Even in the valley of the shadow of death, He is with you—His rod and His staff, they comfort you.
Lastly, we must emphasize the foundation of our faith: salvation through Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed.
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ. We ask that You would confound the plans of the enemy and expose every scheme of darkness. We pray for healing in their body, deliverance from oppression, and protection from all harm. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and let them experience Your peace that passes all understanding. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). We pray all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
