We are delighted to join with you in prayer for your upcoming journey with your friends, who are brothers in the Lord. It is wonderful to see believers traveling together and seeking God's blessing and protection. We are reminded of the power of agreeing in prayer, as Jesus said in Matthew 18:19-20 WEB, "Again, truly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brothers in Christ who will be traveling tomorrow. We ask for Your divine protection and guidance as they journey to and from their destination. In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any plans of the enemy to cause problems, accidents, or unpleasant situations. We claim Your promise in Psalm 91:11 WEB, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
Father, we pray that this time of vacation and fellowship will be blessed and refreshing. May it be a time of strengthening bonds, encouraging one another, and growing together in faith. Let their light shine before others, that they may see their good works and glorify You in heaven. Matthew 5:16 WEB. We thank You for the opportunity to pray for our brothers and entrust them into Your loving hands.
We also pray for those who are viewing our prayers. We pray that they will come to the belief that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that through believing they may have life in His name. Just like the Apostle John said in John 20:30-31. "Therefore Jesus did many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book; 31 but these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on Psalm 121 WEB during your travels:
"I will lift up my eyes to the hills.
From where does my help come?
My help comes from Yahweh,
who made heaven and earth.
He will not allow your foot to be moved.
He who keeps you will not slumber.
Behold, he who keeps Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
Yahweh is your keeper.
Yahweh is your shade on your right hand.
The sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.
Yahweh will keep you from all evil.
He will keep your soul.
Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in,
from this time forth, and forevermore."
May everything be truly for the glory of God. We look forward to hearing testimonies of God's goodness and faithfulness during your trip. Stay steadfast on the Lord.
