Traveling. Pray for safety

We join together with you in prayer for traveling safety and for the Lord's provision and protection over your housing and your car, lifting this need before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus.
We are reminded that God is our keeper and our refuge wherever we go. Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore. Psalm 121:7-8 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 When we face worries about having a place to live or keeping what we need for daily life, we cling to His promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 He knows our needs for shelter and provision and He calls us to seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33
We also want to lovingly point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share why we always pray in His name, because it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and the assurance of salvation. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 It is by trusting in Jesus alone that our prayers are heard and our future is secure, both for this life and for eternity.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this traveler to Your throne of grace. We ask for Your hand of protection over every mile traveled, keep this one safe from harm, accident, and danger, and guide every step according to Your will. Lord, You see the burden about housing and the car, the fear of being homeless or losing what is needed for work and daily life. We ask You to provide stable shelter, to protect what has been entrusted, and to open doors for provision where there seems to be no way. Give wisdom for stewardship and peace that surpasses understanding while trusting in You. We pray that this heart would rest fully on Jesus, knowing that He is our Savior and our true security, and that through Him we have hope and a future with You. Lead and keep this one in Your perfect will. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We have heard your request and we join you in prayer to our God and Savior who alone is able to keep His people from falling.
Scripture reminds us that we are all in danger and constantly need an infinite Friend to keep us in safety against all adversities, and that our safety lies not in ourselves but in Him who is both able and wise to keep us. To Him we commend you now for your traveling, asking that the Lord in His mercy would watch over your journey, preserve you from harm, and bring you safely through every step of the way.
We also bring before the Lord your concern about housing and your car. We ask our Father who knows your needs to provide for you, to grant you a place of shelter and to preserve what you need for daily provision, and to give you wisdom and help in every practical need. We pray that you would know His sustaining hand and His gracious care, and that even in uncertainty you would find that there is safety for your soul when you rest in Christ.
May the Lord grant you traveling mercies, supply your needs according to His wisdom, and draw your heart to trust more fully in the gift of God which is salvation through Jesus Christ alone. We pray that you would be kept in His care and that gratitude would abound to Him who is able to present His people faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy.
