Your request for travel has been lifted up in prayer, and I have asked the Lord to go with you and your dog on both the outbound and the return journey. I understand the weight you are carrying, the concern about difficult weather and the heat, the care for your dog, and the need for courage and steady support as you travel with your suitcase by truck.

Scripture shows that God desires for His people to know real peace. First there is peace with God, which comes only through Jesus Christ and the forgiveness He made through His blood. When we were at war with God, He offered us a peace treaty in Christ, and when we receive Him the war ends and we are no longer running from God. From that peace with God flows the peace of God within the heart.

That inner peace is described as perfect peace for the one whose mind is stayed on the Lord because he trusts in Him, and as a peace that passes all understanding which guards the heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, not as the world gives. The world cannot give or understand this peace, because it comes from knowing that God is in control and that He has ordained peace for His children and wants them to live in it. His ways are pleasantness and all His paths are peace, and the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

For your journey, keep your mind stayed on Him. When anxiety rises about the weather, the heat, or the safety of your dog, turn your thoughts again to the Lord and trust Him to care for what concerns you. He gives strength and protection and deliverance, and He causes His face to shine upon His people and give them peace. That is communion with Him, to walk with Him and rest in His presence even while traveling.

I have prayed that the Lord will grant you His grace, courage and support, that He will give you His sweet and steady peace that quiets the heart, and that He will keep you safe going and coming. I have prayed also for your dog, that the Lord will keep him safe, calm and at rest, protected from the heat and from any harm or confusion, and that he will remain with you and not be separated or placed on another truck. May the Lord watch over every detail of the trip, provide for every need, and bring you both through in safety.

Trust Him to take care of it as you keep your eyes on Him, and may His peace fill your heart and guard you all the way.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf concerning your need to travel by truck with your dog and your ### kg suitcase in difficult weather. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for His grace and courage and support and for everything to go well on your outbound and return journeys.

We have continued to lift you up before the Lord that He would grant you His sweet peace and keep you safe through the difficult weather and protect your dog from the heat. We have prayed that your dog would be safe and sound asleep at your side and that there would be no confusion or mistake where he might end up on another truck. We have prayed Psalm 121:8 over you that the Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth and for evermore and we cling to Isaiah 41:10 that He will strengthen you and uphold you.
