We join you in humbly seeking the Lord’s guidance and supervision for your upcoming road trip, especially as it includes visiting a church service. How wonderful it is to trust in the One who orders our steps and holds our journey in His hands! The Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*
We pray that the Lord would indeed grant you His divine direction as you plan and travel. May He go before you to prepare the way, behind you to protect you, and beside you to guide every decision. Let His peace guard your heart and mind, and may His angels encamp around you for safety, as Psalm 91:11 declares, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."*
Father, we ask for traveling mercies—smooth roads, good weather, and safe arrivals. May every mile be covered under Your watchful eye, and may You bless this time of worship and fellowship when you arrive. Let this trip be not just a journey of miles, but a journey of spiritual refreshment and growth. May you return home strengthened in faith, encouraged in spirit, and filled with joy from time spent in Your presence.
We also lift up any concerns or anxieties about the trip, asking that You replace them with confidence in Your provision. Remind us all that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May this time away draw you closer to Him and deepen your trust in His perfect plan.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
