Today I have to travel to another city in connection with the business that God has given me as well as for attending a Christian prayer meeting and meeting a spiritual brother.Let us pray that God blesses and protects me on the way to going out, and on the way back, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will protect my travel (going and returning) from all accidents and problems, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will give me wisdom, grace and blessing at my meeting with my business partner. Let us pray that God will put kindness in the heart of my business partner. Let us pray that Heavenly Father will give me wisdom and guidance, which products and in what quantities to buy. Let us pray that God will give me good success and show mercy to the business He has given me for my livelihood, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will give me wisdom, grace and blessing in my travel so that I may do all the will of God. Let us pray for all this in the Name of Jesus Christ. May tomorrow—throughout the entire day, including the Christian gathering and the fellowship with this spiritual brother—unfold under the guidance and anointing of the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus Christ! We join you in prayer for your travel today and we thank you for asking in the precious Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone we have access to the Father and it is in His Name that we are kept and heard.
We lift up your going out and your coming in, that the Lord would watch over you on the way there and on the way back and keep you from all accident and harm. We claim His promise that Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward and forevermore Psalm 121:8 and that Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul Psalm 121:7. We pray for a hedge of protection around you on the road and for peace and alertness as you travel.
We also pray for the business God has entrusted to you as your livelihood. We ask that He would give you wisdom, grace and blessing in your meeting with your business partner, and that He would put kindness and goodwill in your partner's heart. We pray that all you do would be done as unto the Lord and not merely for profit, but for His glory Colossians 3:23. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We ask the Father to give you clear guidance about which products and in what quantities to buy, and to grant you good success according to His will. A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps Proverbs 16:9, so we pray you will trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. We have heard your petition and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
You do well to seek the Lord before you set your foot upon the way, for if we walk aright we shall never venture upon a single day without first seeking Divine protection. There is a shelter that is more than the protection which a soldier would give to a comrade, it is as the covering of a mother for her young, with love and homeliness and kindliness in it all. To abide under the shadow of the Almighty is not only to be kept from danger, but to have a sense of comfort and happiness communicated, making the child of God to feel that he is at home. Though the winds seem to be left without control, He knows each wind in all its connections and the speed at which each shall travel, and all the appointments of His providence toward His people are ruled in mercy and tenderness and love and wisdom for their highest good.
We pray that the Lord will keep you in your going out and your coming in, that He will give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways. O Christian, if you keep to the King's Highway you will be safe, and this protection is perpetual as well as personal. We ask the Lord to preserve you from all accidents and problems on the road, there and back again, and to bring you home in peace. Amidst all perils, safe, safe, safe and near our God shall His people be.
You ask also for wisdom in your business, and this is true wisdom indeed. Wisdom is the compass by which a man is to steer across the trackless waste of life, and the price of wisdom is above rubies. Where shall this wisdom be found but in Christ and in trust in God. As it has been taught, let us travel the narrow way sober and wakeful, confident because Jesus Himself is our guide, calling upon His Name at every step. Wherever the Name of God is called upon, all is made auspicious and safe, so we ask Him to go with you and to bring you home in peace.
We pray that the Lord will give you wisdom, grace and blessing in your meeting with your business partner. We do not ask for the wisdom of this world which comes to nothing, but for the wisdom that is from God and is hidden in Christ, which alone can make our work prosper.
