You have described an exhausting and heavy place to be, pressed on one side by constant messages about arrears you believe you do not owe, and on the other by the inability to find legal help after trying so hard, and now feeling that the only option left is to wait for a lawsuit while your health suffers under the strain and even doctors do not seem to hear you. It is understandable that you feel trapped in an endless cycle of chaos and pressure.

That feeling of being trapped is very real and very painful. Scripture gives language for it. One psalm describes the soul as a bird caught in a trap set by fowlers, and then declares that the snare is broken and the bird has escaped. When there appears to be no way out, as when the people of Israel found themselves shut in with no escape, God remains able to make a way where we see none. Your situation feels closed in, but you are not forgotten or unseen by Him.

The anxiety you feel under financial and interpersonal pressure is also something Scripture speaks to honestly. In the psalms, David asks his own soul why it is cast down and disquieted, and then answers himself with this counsel, hope in God. That is not a denial of the pressure, but a way of putting God back into the equation. When He is left out, everything feels impossible. When we turn again to trust Him, who is described as the health of our countenance and our God, we find steadiness even while the external pressures have not yet lifted.

I want to pray for your health as you asked in Jesus name, and also to encourage you about what health and faith mean. Some of the most faithful followers of Jesus live with deep and ongoing health struggles, and that does not mean they lack faith or devotion. We cannot equate physical health with spirituality. God does care about your body and your well being, and He has given wisdom for caring for our bodies, yet His ways are not our ways and we cannot always understand why health is strained for a season.

There is a verse many quote about prospering and being in health even as your soul prospers. In its context it is not a formal promise that every believer will always be healthy and prosperous. It is a warm, personal greeting, much like we would say today I hope you are doing well, from John to his friend Gaius. John was praying a loving wish that Gaius would be physically well in the same way he was spiritually well, rejoicing that Gaius was walking in truth. It is good and right for us to pray that same kind of prayer for you, that God would strengthen your body and bring relief to the stress that is weighing on you, while you continue to walk with Him in truth.

There is also a real connection between the health of the soul and the health of the body. What we carry in our hearts affects us deeply, and Scripture urges us to guard our hearts with diligence because from them flow the issues of life. Attitudes, anxiety, and constant pressure can change us physically. Guarding your heart in this season may mean setting wise boundaries where you can with the flood of messages, keeping careful records quietly, resting when you are tempted to exhaust yourself further, and bringing your worries honestly to God each day rather than letting them consume you. You have already stepped back from endless searching that was draining you. That can be a wise form of stewardship of your limited strength.

So together we pray. Father, in the name of Jesus we bring this dear one before You. You see the pressure from the property management, the weight of the arrears dispute, the closed doors in seeking legal help, and the weariness of having to wait. You see the health that has grown worse under this stress and the discouragement of not being heard. We ask for Your mercy and help. Be the health of this countenance and the strength of this heart. Grant wisdom for each next step, peace that guards heart and mind, favor and clarity if a lawsuit comes, and provision for trustworthy counsel when it is needed. Break the sense of being trapped and show Your faithful presence as the one who can open a way. Help this soul to prosper in Your truth and to know Your nearness each day. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

Please continue to care for yourself as you are able, keep what records you can, seek medical care again if symptoms worsen and bring someone you trust with you if it helps you be heard, and keep bringing your heart to the Lord who hears even when others do not.
