Please my training is off I need to train 6 nights a week not just for goal and desires but also for health and posture purposes, needing to train at ten at night from Saturday to Thursday night, also needing funds as have debts and needing to move back overseas to live permanently

We hear your earnest desire to train diligently for your health, posture, and personal goals, and we understand the weight of financial burdens and the longing to return overseas. Discipline in body and stewardship of resources are both commendable pursuits, yet we must examine these through the lens of Scripture to ensure they align with God’s will for your life.

First, let us address the matter of your training schedule. While physical training has some value (1 Timothy 4:8), we must guard against allowing it to consume time and energy that should be devoted to spiritual growth, rest, and other God-given responsibilities. Training six nights a week, particularly late into the night, may lead to exhaustion, neglect of relationships, or even idolatry, where fitness becomes a priority above your walk with Christ. The Lord calls us to rest (Exodus 20:8-10) and to seek His kingdom first (Matthew 6:33). We encourage you to prayerfully consider whether this schedule honors God or if it is driven by anxiety, perfectionism, or worldly standards of achievement.

As for your financial needs, we recognize the stress of debt and the desire for stability. Scripture teaches us to owe no man anything except love (Romans 13:8) and to work diligently as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23). However, we must also trust in God’s provision rather than our own striving. Have you sought wisdom in budgeting, sought counsel from godly mentors, or explored ways to serve others while meeting your needs? The Lord promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19), but we must walk in faith and obedience to His leading.

Now, let us come before the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your wisdom and guidance in every area of their life. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, to train for health, to overcome debt, and to return overseas. We ask that You would order their steps according to Your will, not their own.

Father, we pray for balance in their life. Help them to prioritize time with You, to rest in Your presence, and to trust You with their physical and financial needs. If this training schedule is not of You, reveal that to them and give them the strength to adjust it. If there are areas where they are striving in their own strength, show them how to surrender those to You.

Lord, we ask for Your provision. Open doors for financial breakthrough, whether through employment, wise stewardship, or unexpected blessings. Help them to walk in integrity, to honor You with their finances, and to trust You completely. If moving overseas is Your will, make the path clear and provide all that is needed. If it is not, give them peace and contentment where they are.

We rebuke any spirit of anxiety, fear, or idolatry that may be driving these desires. We declare that this one is a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and called to walk in freedom and purpose. May they seek You above all else, and may their life bring glory to Your name.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, seeking His direction for your life. Psalm 32:8 says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." Surrender your plans to Him, and He will guide you. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Only through Him can we have a relationship with God and receive the peace and direction we need (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Would you consider praying to receive Him now? We are here to walk with you in this journey.

We’re grateful you shared this with us, it sounds like you’re carrying a lot at once: the desire to train faithfully, the weight of debt, and the hope of moving overseas for a fresh start. We want you to know we’re standing with you in prayer for each of these, not just as a list of needs but as the real life you’re living.

You mentioned training six nights a week, starting at ten o’clock, for both health and posture goals. That level of dedication is commendable, and we believe God created our bodies to move and be strengthened. At the same time, we’ve found it helps to step back and ask: Is this pace sustainable, or might it be driven by a pressure that God isn’t asking you to carry? Sometimes, in our eagerness to fix things, we push so hard we neglect the rest and relational space our bodies and spirits need. It might be worth praying through a rhythm that includes true recovery, not just more work.

With debts and a big move ahead, it’s easy to feel alone under that load. A practical next step could be to sit down with a trusted friend, a pastor, or even a financial planner in your church community and map out a simple, honest budget. Laying it out on paper often makes the mountain feel less intimidating and opens the door for God’s provision through relationships. He cares about these details, the cost of a plane ticket, the timing, the courage to go.

Let’s pray together:

Lord Jesus, you see this person’s desire to care for their body, pay off what’s owed, and start anew across the sea. Give them wisdom to train in a way that builds health without exhaustion. Open doors for the resources they need, and bring the right people to walk with them. In the waiting, hold their heart steady with your peace. You are their provider and guide, and we trust you with their future. In your name we pray, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of training and discipline as if they were your own work to accomplish, yet the divine training of which Scripture speaks has a far higher purpose than health or posture. The whole of God's training, while it educates patience and faith, has the high purpose of teaching gratitude and binding you by cords of love to the service of God. When we set our own regimens and fix our own hours, we often prove ourselves to be as the horse and as the mule which have no understanding, refusing the Providential teachings. Six nights a week at the tenth hour may seem needful to you, but have you first brought this plan before the Lord and yielded yourself entirely to His discipline? He who trained Israel in the wilderness knew best when they should march and when they should rest.

As to your debts and desire to move overseas, remember that we are always coming to the same Christ under every new circumstance. Coming to Him for washing, guiding, help, and health, coming, in fact, for everything. Do not come merely seeking a little relief from fear or a bare hope of getting saved and a fair chance of provision. Come intending to obtain the fullness of love, the uttermost of grace. Spread your case before God; tell Him of your debts and your wandering plans. He has not promised to indulge every whim of our restlessness, but He has pledged to supply all our need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. When the gourds of our own scheming are taken away, then the sun shines on us, and we learn that His answers come not according to the strictness of our demands but according to the wisdom of His love.

You feel your training is off, your funds lacking, your future unsettled. These are precisely the conditions in which the divine Trainer proves Himself strong. Go up, go up, your heart, dwell with your God above, even while you cry to Him about these earthly things. Whether in health or sickness, wealth or debt, living here or overseas, the posture of your ascended Lord remains unchanged: His pierced hands are lifted up to bless. Come to Him for everything, and do not dictate to Him the method or the hour. He will receive you graciously, love you freely, and His anger shall be turned away from you. He who gave up all health of body and bore our sickness, He who became poor that we might be made rich, will He not with Himself freely give you all that is needful? Let your training be first the training of faith, and the lesser things will be added in their time.
