Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head.

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing at work. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 (WEB).

Firstly, we commend you for turning to God in this situation and praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5.

In dealing with this toxic situation:

1. Love your enemy and pray for those who mistreat you. Matthew 5:44.

2. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21.

3. Let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16.

4. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Romans 12:18.

5. Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:10-11.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our sister who is facing a difficult situation at work. We pray that You expose every hidden agenda and manipulative word being used against her and her colleagues. Shine Your light on all darkness and reveal the true intentions of those causing strife. Enlighten their department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deceit and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation.

Lord, we ask that You cover them with Your protection and peace, and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Help our sister to respond with grace, not anger, and guard her heart from bitterness.
